Phase 3 Fitness Center is an amazing place to work out. I’ve always heard good things about it and now I’ve been able to experience it for myself. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is very nice clean and well organized.

Came thru from Cali and got a week pass. The gym is really clean and nice. Has probably all the workout machines and amenities that a lot of other gyms don’t offer. I was impressed.

Bought a week pass was visiting back home for a bit was $25. Staff definitely friendly. Place clean and organized sauna was definitely a plus. It was better than expected for the price.

Bought a day pass to check it out and was pleasantly surprised!

Relatively busy but so clean and bright inside- the options are endless here. Several classes, activities, and available equipment. The pricing is lower than most gyms in the area as well!

I did a cycle class and was impressed with the instructor, she was definitely qualified and knowledgeable! Excited to come again!

Sadly the place has really gotten dirty.

It’s falling apart. The floors, the walls, the mats. The hot tub isn’t hot, if or when it randomly is it’s super dirty. The tanning beds are always gross.

The equipment hasn’t been throughly cleaned in years and it shows. This could be a great gym, but it’s clear all the resources are being diverted to the new gym rather than bothering to maintain this gym.

Hopefully they sell it so someone that cares more can run it.

Gym is decent for the price. Outside area continues to have wasp/hornets nest. Management doesn’t seem to care as it’s been brought up several times over 3 weeks with no resolution or care for customer safety.

Been going here since I moved here 4 years ago. Great gym, cheaper than most memberships. They always update and take care of their equipment. They have everything but a basketball court. They even have child care. Classes are included with your membership and they have a smoothie bar. Great staff and great gym

Nice, big and clean gym.. it has tons of weights and machines, but it's missing a shoulder shrug free weight machine and a triceps press free weight machine. I've never seen a gym without these. If it had these 2 machines I'd join the gym.. A daily pass is $15 or $25 for a week.. too bad they don't give you a free 1 day pass to try it out.
