It's a great gym! The staff is always helpful and friendly. I go every day and everyone has been great! All of the members are respectful and respect the equipment and wipe it down. The pool is nice I will say some days are cold some days are warm but its still nice. The locker room is very clean and all lockers have build in locks on them. It is a great gym I definitely recommend checking into it!

This is the absolute best athletic facility in the area and the value supports it. The place is always clean and the equipment is the best offered and never out of service. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I had my fitness Assesment done by Alex and he has helped me tremendously! I would recommend this place to everyone.

Very nice and clean facility. I came to the farmers market which was inside the hallways of the facility. Their was maybe 30 food and merchandise vendors. I did expect it to be a bit bigger with more food vendors but what they did have, was great. Maybe with time it’ll be bigger. They had a live band and I sat and listened to them for about an hour, they played acoustic, lively music. I loved the sense of community and happiness at the event. Overall, it was good, just wish their were more vendors.

The staff was extremely helpful. Dr. K and his intern were quite reassuring and informative. The Drs answered all of our questions and eased our angst. All healthcare providers should aspire to this standard of care.🙏🏾👍🏾😇

They had such a great event for families/children with the "kindness" event. It was so nice to see all of the children so excited about doing something nice for the community and the parents were so proud of their children. The older kids that were volunteers were so sweet and kind and obviously happy to be a part of the special day. They were all so helpful and beaming when someone asked for help. What a great group of kids doing great things! It was a great day and so many people/dogs in need will benefit because of this event. Keep up the good work!!

I go to the center to see my primary care physician, and the entire experience is always top notch. The building is new, clean, bright and open. The staff are all friendly, helpful, and quick without rushing you. Appointments are easy to schedule, prescription maintenance is hassle free, and I have always felt cared about and appropriately communicated with. So thankful!!

This is an amazing integrated fitness and rehab facility. They have doctors and physical therapists on site helping people through rehabilitation. At least one of the physical therapists has their doctorate. (4 years undergrad + 3 years grad school). Built only 2 years ago, everything is super clean and functional. The staff is unfailingly nice and their educational and experience background are displayed in the big room with most of the fitness equipment. Nearly all of them have at least their in sports medicine of some kind. They offer 50 classes per week which are free with your membership. If you want, you can have your workout logged with a key fob so you can track your progress. The clientele range from amazingly fit humans to people pushing 400 lb. I detect no judgement toward those who haven't taken care of themselves. They are working to get better. Other amenities include towel service, sauna & steam room. A area for just hanging out with a gas fireplace

I have taken many of the exercise classes at the Heit Center and keep going back for more. Each of the instructors I have worked with - Molly, Michelle, Patrice, Pat, Thalia, Christine, Greg and Josh - are motivating, keep the classes challenging, accommodate each person’s ability, and are welcoming. Highly recommend!
