Phoenix is fantastic. They're located in a nice area in central Florence that is generally easy to access (traffic backs up during school ingress/egress but otherwise it is easily accessible). There's always plenty of parking so no anxiety over where to park. The office is nice, quiet, clean, and cozy. It feels like a very warm and safe space. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I've been seeing Elysia for several years and have absolutely nothing but praise. She is always prepared for appointments, is very flexible for when I have to switch to telehealth, and really cares. Our appointments are always meaningful and well thought out. She doesn't just read stuff you could find on Google, she really thinks over issues and comes up with multiple paths to success.

TL;DR - Phoenix Counseling is the best!

I cannot speak for every therapist there. Supervisor and therapist do not have people's best interest at heart. Took very sensitive information, turned it into somthing else and made a very large mess for an entire family.
