The best BLS training class I have ever taken! Andrea was very thorough with her lessons without being overwhelming. Every other BLS class I’ve taken in the past the info goes in one ear and out the other but in her class I felt like the information stuck with me. I also enjoyed the bits of medical information she shared that weren’t required but nice to know. She is very knowledgeable about what she does!

The class was fun, the participants were friendly and I feel so much better about this skill after this class. I also started the ACLS class and have learned so much! I typically do not write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with Phoenix Medical Training Center. As a paramedic for a few years, I needed to renew my AHA certificates. I recently completed my AHA ACLS and PALS certifications there. Having attended multiple AHA courses in the past, I can say this has been the best experience.

The training was thorough and informative, particularly with Andrea leading the sessions. Her experience as a paramedic allowed her to present the material in a way that aligns with real-life situations. For those in EMS, ACLS and PALS are important aspects of our practice, and Andrea's teaching helped build confidence in applying these skills.

Communication was also excellent, and Andrea was willing to work with me on short notice to accommodate my scheduling needs. The small class sizes at the training center create a focused learning environment, allowing for effective interaction and personalized attention that enhances the overall experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Phoenix Medical Training Center! It was easy to sign up and they are very helpful with trying to find what best fits your schedule and needs. I have experience with 2 other programs and Phoenix Medical was by far my best decision. The teacher is amazing and is very knowledgeable. He was committed to investing into me and I felt comfortable to ask questions all throughout the class. It’s in a good central location so it was super convenient. It's a pleasure to work with Andrea. I've attended her IV training class today and she is absolutely amazing. She is a paramedic herself and runs it with the help of her husband who is a paramedic too. So you know they make a perfect training center to learn from. She literally teaches you how to search a good vein. She is very very keen on her skills. No extra stuff. 30 min of demonstration and then 2 and 1/2 full hours of practical training. The best training I have ever known. I would say, it's a go to if you ever want to get an IV training.

As an RN that has worked in an office for many years and haven’t done any IV insertions since I was in nursing school, this provided me with exactly what I needed. We were given great instruction and allowed a few hours to practice on a dummy arm. The instructor, Andrea, gave great guidance as we practiced live sticks on each other. I would definitely recommend this course for any health care professionals that need to learn IV infusion or maybe just as a refresher course.

I recently completed a Paramedic Refresher course with Phoenix Medical Training Center. I was so happy with my decision to do an in-person class. It kept me focused and on target. Both Andrea and Andrew are on time, professional, organized and very knowledgeable. In the past, I have felt let down by continuing education, but with PMTC, I was extremely satisfied with my experience.
