I went to the ppwfc to enroll in GED classes. I had an appointment with a counselor for orientation. I did not know I needed an account before speaking to an advisor. The man at the counter could not speak good English and had no idea what I was talking about. Why do we have Hispanics working in a public service that do not speak English. The entire office was rude.

Whoever Theresa is that answers the phone is very unprofessional as well as rude. For this agency to here for help…terrible. I will be filing a complaint. This will go so far up you’ll think I’m building the tower in Babylon

The PPWFC has been brilliantly helpful to my life and overall wellbeing. I graduated their GED Program successfully, and from there I have been able to enroll myself into college. They have helped me in ways that I didn't know were possible or attainable by myself. I highly recommend them. The staff is lovely and exceptionally brilliant when it comes to helping those in need advance their careers and lives. I'd love to give a special shoutout to Taylor and Jessie. 💕🙏🏻

DO NOT GO HERE! I drove up twice which is a 2 Hour Dr. there and back in total for me. I needed help with my résumé and they said there’s a guy there who can look it over and help you. The first time I went he wasn’t in and they told me to make a appointment with him for next time. The second time I called in the morning to set up an appointment but I needed their help to find the link. they said I don’t need to set an appointment he’s doing walkins so I drove there. they told me to wait for him I ended up waiting two hours and then they closed. no one told me they were closing or that the guy wasn’t gonna help me. so I wasted two hours waiting and four hours driving and the gas to get there and back home…all for nothing. I ended up posting my résumé to Reddit and some people helped me on there. I honestly don’t know what this place is doing or how much tax money they are getting from us but they should be shut down don’t waste your time coming here.

5 minutes late and the appointment you signed up for (a week prior) is canceled.. Awesome. The mission is good, but flawed. No leniency whatsoever. Who cares if you drove clear across town to be there, and took time out of your day.

Some of the employees will ACTUALLY try to help you if happen to be there when they are working. And others will help with the basics and move on. And if they had tons of people to assist, it would be understandable, but most of them go right back to what they were doing: which was nothing. And some people that come in there actually be wanting to get a job and want to put their best foot forward and those are the ones that should be given more than a second glance.

This place a a wonderful resource for people of all skill and education levels for job hunting assistance. The staff is very friendly, and knowledgeable about resume writing, effective job searching, and interview feedback. I have also been to several of their job fairs in town, and they are always efficient and well prepared for the public and the employers. If you ever find yourself in need of a resume boost, or assistance finding your next step in your career you would be missing out on a great resource if you didn't go check these guys out.

After three years of working with temp services; I finally was able to get a full time job that I really really like. All this time all the while going to the PPWFC, for their needed help and advice with my ever constant revising of my resume. I found this job on the Connecting Colorado web site. The personal there were always helpful & always had suggestions on maybe to how to handle certain situations. I would like to single out a person that kind of I feel that went out of her to help me, & that person is Nancy K. I think that at times maybe I kinda bent her ear a bit She had the patience & the knowledge to help me when I really needed it. The whole crew their is great but I would like to give Nancy the employee of the year award. Thanks Nancy, & the whole crew at PPWFC.
