I left a five star but now changing it. What planet fitness franchise would switch the 24hr routine that 99% keep 🤷🏼‍♂️
I've traveled the country a few times over plenty of beautiful gym's. This gym is beautiful but the hours are absolutely trash 🗑️

Full of a bunch of roided up guys and women looking for attention.

Not a chill environment, staff is rude and the free weights are very limited , there is no standard bench press either, only smith machines.

Service is pretty bad here. Can’t get anyone to ever answer the phone, usually waiting to get in the black spa forever. You’ll find the employees hiding in the massage chairs tho

24 hour gym really helps with insomnia. The equipment is well maintained and the entire place is clean and organized top to bottom. From the machines to the bathroom and showers, all spotless and sterile.

Love this place. I hadn't been there for a very very long time, but it was still the same no judgement zone I always enjoyed. The only thing is there is not anyone ever at the service desk and you have to wait for a long time to find an employee. I think they may be low on workers.

Their fees are incredibly egregious, as is their deceptive practices pertinent to cancelations - consumers are forced to jump through hoops just to cancel their memberships, meanwhile signing up is incredibly easy. Really looking forward to the FTC cracking down on slimy businesses such as these, this area absolutely deserves better.
