I can't express enough how grateful I am for the incredible progress my three girls have made at 'This is the Way Play to Learn Center.

Not only have they successfully mastered potty training, but they're also flourishing and growing in ways I couldn't have imagined. The dedication and care provided by the daycare center's staff have truly made a positive impact on their development. My 3 month old daughter went here for only one month and I wish it was less time than that. Before I started they talked highly of there app and how much they update it throughout the day which was really important to me, on her first day the excuses started about issue with Wi-Fi and issues with the app so I never got updates. Thankfully I did not have her doing full days so I was picking her up by 1:30pm so I let it slide about getting no updates throughout the day. I didn’t realize that would be the least of my issues. When she started I was bringing 4 clean bottles every morning and when I would pick her up only one bottle would be used so when I asked about it they said they only needed one bottle because they clean it in between every feed so they told me to just leave one bottle with them going forward and they would clean it themselves. I am a first time mom so I just assumed that was a normal thing since they were the ones mentioning it. The real issue started when I picked her up for her last day and collected her things. When I picked her up and got her bottle not only was it missing the cap which they lost a uncertain amount time prior and failed to notify me about so that I could give them a new one but they also did not clean the bottle at all. I found mold growing inside the nipple of the bottle and the inside rim of the bottle. I have never been so sick to my stomach to see something like this and know that my daughter was being fed out of this bottle. I have reported them and hope that no mom has to feel the way I do when trusting someone to watch their child. My daughter is being seen by a doctor since she has become sick due to this issue. They did reach out to me to say “ we are all human and mistakes happen” so please be careful who watches your child and never trust anyone to clean bottles.
