I have been going there for years I have always found what I wanted or they will order it for me. Very friendly and sometimes I just stand around and play the instruments and other people come in and start playing too and we have a little jam session.

Pontones is a good place to go to support small business. The person at the register is very pleasant to talk to. The only thing I’m critical about is the items being somewhat overpriced, but I’d gladly spend an extra few to go here.

Way over priced! I paid an additional 8.00 for a mouth piece at this store than at Music and Arts. 46.00 at music and arts and 54.00 here.

Always go to Pontones for my musical needs anywhere from buying a ukulele reasonably from a nice selection, to sheet music, harmonicas or just hanging out playing the keyboard with some other customers. Fun, pleasant place! Prices good and they will order for you.

I wish I could give it higher. The people in there are very nice and for the most part they have seemed like they know what they are talking about. My issue is that the store gives off a feel of walking into a thrift store of some sort. There is stuff EVERYWHERE and it's hard to get around. They could clear out 50% of it and you would be able to get around and no one would realize they were missing anything. People are going in there for music, not the weird randomness in there. They should stick to what they are good at.
