If you need to bump up your SAT/ACT score or learn from scratch this is a great place for that! The tutors are great and very relatable. They understand how hard and stressful testing can be. Most of the tutors are mcps grads so they've went through similar stuggles when it comes to test taking.

Overall, I had a great experience here, so I highly recommend it. I learned a bunch of different test taking strategies, which is something I would've never found out on my own. This includes: proper time management per section, specific quirks on solving math section problems, re-learning my grammar rules (never realized how important that would be), and how to approach the reading section in the SAT.

If you need to raise your scores or just practice more in general I highly recommend coming here, as it helped me a lot.

If you’re thinking of getting tutored/ having your children tutored here you should 100% do it. I got tutored here for the ACT and all of the sessions the tutors gave were always so engaging, even though i’m not a huge fan of doing work I always enjoyed going online and having a session with them. Despite being online, they are still such amazing tutors who go above and beyond for their students.

They are so good at tirelessly practicing with you, and they always make sure that you have every topic down and are patient when you don’t. My score went from a 26 to a 34 with them. They not only help with the skills, but also with test anxiety. I used to have horrible test anxiety, but with them I really got over that and went into each test with confidence.Their mocks are very accessible and they give great words of encouragement and pacing techniques. Their tutoring is extraordinary and all of the tutors were amazing to work with, kind, funny, and personal. They personalized my plan and helped me on my trajectory to a good score on the ACT!! Thank you so much to Pavel, Jason, and Nancy for all of the effort and help you lent me during my time at potomac oaks!!
