I love Dr. Cavo and Michelle....the staff is wonderful and I truly enjoy my visits with Caroline. The ONLY reason I can't give 5 stars is that product inventory is not good in West Hartford. Shelves don't have any protein powder out, I had to get a sample pack of electrolytes in Glastonbury and I'd love to try the caramel rx bars but they are never in stock. I'd like to see more products without sucralose as well. But the program and people are amazing....if the products were there definite 5 stars.

I love Pounds Transformation & I attribute it to all of the wonderful staff! I would like to thank Adelia & Mary-Jean who check me in and out, Tasheba & Linnette who weigh me, Emily & Erin, who have been teaching me what to eat to specifically add weight. That seems like a super simple thing to do, but it's not. I've been seeing them weekly but graduated last week to every other week and I'm thankful that my doctor sent me to them.

I can’t speak for the other locations because I’ve never been but I love my Southington office! All the staff is kind, friendly and professional. The office is clean and has a calming atmosphere. My APRN Kristen is personable, knowledgeable and compassionate. My Dietician Pam has taught me so much and takes the time to get to know you. I’ve tried so many diets and I felt very restrictive and would fall off the wagon so my goal is to keep it off and maintain. At Pounds Transformation they evaluate your needs provide goals, education, counsel and coach according to your needs. If you’re looking to change your life and promote health and manage disease look no farther!

My entire experience with Dr. Cavo, Liz and the entire staff has been nothing but positive. After 3 years of being bounced around to different MDs and specialists, I found a team that listened to me and finally got me on the right track to feeling better! I'm 64 years old and I'm healthy, fit and confident; light years from the way I felt when I first started with Pounds three years ago. It is not a one size fits all program. The doctors listen to you and ask questions to identify possible obstacles to your weight loss. They continue to change and work through issue until they find what works for you as an individual. From making appointments, speaking with a doctor or nutritionist, or needing a prescription refill, the staff goes out of their way to accommodate you. Messages are promptly returned within 24 hours. I am happy and relieved to have found Drs. Michelle and Charlie Cavo and Pounds Transformation.
