My experience has and is still being awful. I would gladly pull my daughter but she wanted to stay. This is for the gymnastics side. I would give negative stars for staff and a heads up for new ppl and what to expect.

First, newcomers don't even expect anyone to help, explain, sign up, backstory of this establishment from staff. (The manager came way later when we were leaving but her workforce didn't give me the impression they wanted new clients). They were quick to get me to sign waivers and my bank account AFTER I had to hunt 3 people down. I got a lot of shoulder shrugs and idk's from staff.

Our first day: No intro, no what to expect your kids to learn, no going around the group asking who is who and telling these kids or parents who these volunteer/instructors(?) their names. I saw a lot of hair fixing and eye rolling through the first week, along with your children looking for reassurance if they did it right or not, only to be brushed off with, "oh, yeah, do it again" to go back to not helping form they had just learned from what I'm assuming is the manager, but only to talk with the other "instructor" and go back to looking in the mirror. No praise or anything unless the managers there or enough parents watching. They are a different kind of help when the manager is there. Night and day.

After 2 awful incidents this third experience was knowing you either have to be friends with them personally or they don't really care about your kid at all.

You pay $45 dollars for an instructor to not even learn your kids name. Ask me, look at the paperwork we filled out, and I gave benefit of doubt, that they just didn't hear it but didn't care to learn. The name she was calling my daughter was not even in the same sound. For everyone who's going to say, "you should have told her" she was standing next to a kid who looked like a "Hailey". I could not confirm it till tonight when there were only 2 kids, standing on opposite ends.

My daughter has also expressed that she doesn't learn anything new unless "the lady with the blonde hair comes". I asked if she had fun tonight, she had to think about it and said, "only when the lady who teaches us is there".

So buyer beware, I keep getting some excuse of an instructor that's supposed to be there but you'll most likely get 2 women who look like they don't want to be there making an easy $15 dollars and not pay attention to your kid unless you go and watch.
