My son and I have experienced very good care at Precious Moments. Any concerns or questions I or my son have are welcomed and addressed and the environment is safe and stimulating. I have found teachers and staff to be genuine and caring and I love that many are bilingual with Spanish. My only complaint is that there is no way to do auto payment.

I sent my daughter here under the impression she was gonna be well taken care off since I was already uneasy with bad experiences with a couple daycares however that’s not the case my daughter comes home with her extra clothes almost everyday because she “spilled food”on herself so I didn’t think to check the first time but I started feeling weird so I checked her clothes and they are obviously soiled clothes and smell like poop and pee like she’s been with a soiled diaper for a while playing outside and her dad picked her up one day and it was almost noon and she had not eaten any of her food that was packed for breakfast and lunch since they don’t provide any meals! Also my daughters cheeks were so rashy and chapped from having a runny nose and using her hands to wipe it and everytime im at the door to pick up my daughter you can hear them always telling the kids “NO” in not nice voice tones I definitely don’t recommend this daycare to anyone! Literally should be reported!

My son has gone to this daycare since he was 3. This family owned daycare is great for the neighborhood. They are super sweet and kind. The staff working here are like family to me. I even send my son here in the Summer and he is 9 now
