I read through all of the reviews before enrolling my daughter and was very pleased from what I saw on their FB page as well as Google, except for the very few that were not that great but I just assumed they were the type of people that weren’t able to be pleased and decided to give it a try and just see how it goes. You’re never greeted as you enter, it was very difficult to tell who was a teacher and was just an older student, it was always a bit chaotic but it is a smaller building and they are having multiple classes with different age groups so I didn’t think much of that either. However when a problem did arise with my child I tried to address it and handle things with the owner, how it should be done, but waited over a week to see if I would finally get a response and just never did. My daughter is 3 and fully potty trained but had trouble getting her leotard off which I feel is to be expected. Apparently nobody was able to help her and she accidentally urinated on herself. Parents are not allowed in the room during a class, something I totally understand because it can be distracting, so as I was waiting outside of her class I witnessed all the other students and teachers walk out of the room and my daughter finally comes out alone crying, dragging her dance bag behind her, and visibly distraught. Her legs were dry, her leotard was half-way dry, and had a rash from being in the wet leotard so I can only assume she was in the wet clothes for an extended period of time because once again there has been zero communication about the incident. I tried calling and was told each time the owner was teaching a class and they were very sorry for what happened and it wasn’t excusable and the owner would call as soon as the class she was teaching was over but that never happened. The owner did text a couple of times stating she was fixing to call and just simply failed to do so. I finally sent an email expressing my concerns and inquiring about pictures that had not come in yet just to be emailed back saying they would close my daughters account out for me and email me with a pick up date for her pictures, once again never addressing the issues.
