Clean, safe range. Great atmosphere. The staff is knowledgeable and patient. Courses are well done and fun. New resources and courses are being added. I understand non-members are disappointed when they can't use the range, but I do feel safer since the policy changed - there are that handful of people that can ruin things for everyone. If it were a money grab, why would they be turning down easy money for walk-ins? The membership pays for itself quicker than you think.

If you don't intend to be a member paying 40/month avoid this place. Seems like a classic gym membership approach. Goal is to get members signed up who don't intend to use the facility. Pretty disappointed in this change in what used to be a decent place to shoot.

Carl the range/safety officer was amazing and understood my ignorance. He was able to walk me through step-by-step how to practice safe techniques/basic at the range while also assisting me with disassembling my AR that was jamb. I could not give high enough praise. I would love you say I would return to Premier shooting, but unfortunately will not be because you only really have two options:
1. For first time visitors, you can take a tour of the facility, then you are permitted to use the range at their set fee (but only the first visit).
2. If you would like to return, then you have to sign up for a $40 membership and lock in for 1 year @ $480 (at least that’s how it was presented to me).

I will not be returning for this reason, as I would only want to go 2-3 times a year and it seems like their concern for safety and more upfront money is more important than partial/casual customers.

Gotta be honest I’m kinda disappointed. I loved this place. I taught my wife and son how to shoot and how to be safe here.
I was planning a trip today with my son (now grown with forearms of his own) for some father son bonding time. I called to check availability and was saddened to learn they have gone members only. Apparently I can still get a lane but the price has gone up ridiculously.
I hate to accuse them of instituting a money grab because everyone there has always been great to us. Unfortunately it sure does appear that way.
Reading the reviews over the past year or so it appears that this has been done to create and maintain a certain safety standard. I don’t see how charging more money and charging $469.99/year creates a safer environment.
Premier was already overpriced compared to the other ranges around the area, but I was willing to overlook that because Premier really was the crème of the crop, knowledgeable employees, great products / services and above all else, we truly felt safe there.
That said, I’d just like to know how going members only and drastically raising the prices for a “day pass” (used to be just price of the range time that was reasonable) increases the level of safety. It feels more like trying to keep the riff raff out. Which I could understand but that would mean my family and I are riff raff?
We don’t shoot enough to warrant paying for a membership and the price of ammo is still not where it used to be and should be. It makes a trip to Premier expensive enough that it’s just not worth it. And it feels like that’s what they want as a customer. As if they no longer want to be a great place to go for a date night, an educational experience for me to train my wife and son and spending a good amount of money (at least by our standards. Dropping $75-$100 to me is a lot to spend for an hour). It feels as though they’d rather have a private club filled with folks who can afford to spend a lot more money a lot more often than families like mine.
If this is not the case, I’d really like to know how this new members only (or excessively expensive “day pass”) increases the level of safety.
I’m sure the fact that my family and I won’t be coming back means nothing. My little $100 per visit is a drop in the bucket and won’t be missed. It’s just disappointing.

Took the Boy Scouts for our camp out - such a great time! Premier was great to work with and we had such a great time. This will definitely be a place we come back to as a troop!

Cheryl was the best, she took care of everything and was extremely accommodating in making this camp out one of this year's best.

As an individual, this place was great. Everyone was nice, friendly and helpful. I will be coming back to enjoy some range time.

This is my first time at Premier and now I'm asking myself why I went to other ranges before.
To start off, check in was fast and easy and the guy at the counter was amazing. He had really great customer service.
The Range was clean and had ten bays. The RSOs were very responsible and quick to respond to issues.
We met the owner afterwards and he gave us a tour of Tommie's that's being built. This is a members only bar that will be apart of the property.
This property also has self defense courses without weapons and a fishing lake that host fishing competitions. He gave up the whole plans of updating and all. I'm very excited to come back and see how it turns out.

Well, guess we’ll be going to Midwest instead of Premier from now on. It’s true, the person I spoke with claimed “management” just came up with members only concept on October 1. So no open range shooting even though website still shows that info. So you guys lost out on the cost of 2 lane rental's, 1 gun rental, ammo, and associated fees. Great job management and way to lower your foot traffic and sales!

Response: save your “cut and paste” safety response as everyone knows this is a money grab. Guess you weren’t as safe before going membership only
On a separate note, we had a great time at Midwest today!
