I have been training at PRIME for years now and can not imagine training anywhere else. My son is 17 and a competitive weight lifter who also has been training with PRIME. They make sure his programming is on point and show him how to manage his nutrition. He has since been able to compete and has placed nationally! PRIME trains all ages, and my 14 year old daughter also trains here. She plays competitive volleyball. She has seen dramatic improvements in her performance on the court since hitting the gym at PRIME. Working put together as a family has been as great experience for us. 100% recommended PRIME.

This is one of the best gyms I have gone to! Since day 1 I have felt very comfortable and everyone is very welcoming. The coaches meet you where your current skill level is and help you when needed. You can do each circuit at your own pace within a given time frame. I look forward going to each class. They offer many morning classes so you can make it work in your busy schedule.

Great gym to bring your family in for sports or healthy lifestyle. We brought our three kids over a year ago in to help them get stronger and faster for their sports club. The trainers understood what we wanted for them and were always working to meet our kids needs. They were always accommodating. The prices are competitive. My daughter loves their private training sessions. The gym is clean and a positive atmosphere. The kids are loving how fun it is while working on a goal.im so happy to see their progress and improved performance in sports. Thank you Prime CV! .

Prime Performance & Wellness is where it’s at. The motivation from other members is next level. The instruction from staff to make sure you’re doing things the correct way is awesome. I work out daily at a normal gym and have not felt some of the good body soreness like I do after leaving Prime. 💪

Love the location and space in this facility!! The classes are great and the trainers are knowledgeable and welcoming. Love the “family” feel you get in every class and how supportive all the members are. I already feel myself getting stronger and more confident every day. Also super convenient how many class times they offer throughout the day so there is always a time that works into my schedule! Love being apart of the PRIME fanmily!

Our experience with Prime Performance & Wellness has been exceptional. My son is really enjoying his time with PP&W and has already mentioned he feels a difference since starting by having more energy and the ability to do more and more each time he goes. He feels the improvement and it has made himself feel really good about his progress that he has made.
I love that the PP&W team shows proper technique in the workouts and is visually watching to make sure that everyone is doing the workouts correctly. PP&W has been really nice, welcoming and constantly motivates everyone through their workouts by telling them "good job" and acknowledging the hard work everyone is putting in. I can tell the trainers really enjoy their job and helping everyone to reach their goals. They are really good at helping people from all different ages and at different levels in their training. There is such a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere in the gym between the trainers and those who they are training. We appreciate the trainers and all that they do.
