We have been with primrose at pinnacle for 1.5 years and absolutely love it. Both of my kids are thriving beautifully and they love going to school here. The staff are friendly, attentive, and care for my kids as their own. I can’t recommend this school enough!

My Son and DIL just recently moved to Ohio with my 2 Granddaughters . One of my biggest worries was were the girls going to have a safe and healthy environment for daycare/preschool. Yes! They found it. They arrived at the beginning of summer so my oldest Granddaughter got to participate in the Summer program. She loved it!! I was so happy to see how much she got to do and go see things in her new “city” meeting new friends and moving can be scary at 7yrs old. Everyone made her feel so welcome. She had a great summer of new adventures!

My 3yr old Granddaughter loves going as well. She loves her teachers and always has to tell me what she did at school. She’s very lucky to have such amazing hands on teachers. I’ve seen such growth in her just the few short months she has been going. I can’t wait to see what’s next as she moves up to a new class. It’s nice to know that if your Grand babies have to move away from you they are in a beautiful, happy, safe and fun environment ❤️

I have seen tremendous growth in my preschooler’s skills in just a few months of attending Primrose. The curriculum is tailored to each age groups development, is fun and engaging, and my daughter loves coming to school. The staff are always positive and excited to welcome her each morning and really help making our morning transition easy!

My 3 year old has been going to Primrose since she was 6months. The Staff at Primrose Pinnacle are like family. They treat all the kids as their own and it shows in everything they do with the kids. I adore all her teachers and know my daughter is being watched and taught by the best caregivers around.

This school started off great, but with multiple changes of staff due to bad management it went downhill. The final straw was when our daughter started peeing standing up. When we asked about this, we were told that her and a boy were touching each other in the bathroom. Apparently, this was going on for some time with staff either not attending the bathrooms or letting both genders to go potty at the same time. After withdrawing our kid from the school due to this incident, they still charged us two weeks and would not wave it.
There is a reason why the staff turnaround is so high, and they really need to get their stuff together.

We have had our daughter here since she was 12 weeks old and even through the height of the pandemic. We have always felt that she was safe and cared for. She thoroughly enjoys going to school everyday! Her teachers have left a lasting impression that has created a wonderful foundation for her future education. ❤️

We have been attending this daycare for years. The teachers and staff care so much about the kids. Atmosphere is happy and friendly. Great communication with quick answers to questions. The kids learn so much academically with strong social and emotional skills because of this program.
