I have been taking my child to Primrose, Grandview for the past a little over a year now, and I’m incredibly happy with the experience. The staff is warm, welcoming, and genuinely cares for the children. They take the time to get to know each child individually, which has helped my little one feel comfortable and safe from the very first day.

The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized to encourage both learning and play. There’s a good mix of structured activities and free play, which helps my child develop social skills, creativity, and independence. I also appreciate the variety of educational toys, books, and outdoor play equipment available.

Communication with the staff is excellent. I receive regular updates on my child’s activities, meals, and behavior throughout the day, either through daily reports or the daycare’s app. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I’m always in the loop.

Overall, I feel confident that my child is in a nurturing environment where they are not only well cared for but also growing and thriving. I highly recommend Primrose to any parent looking for a safe, loving, and educational space for their child.

I can’t express how grateful I am for the wonderful experience my child has had at Primrose Grandview. From the moment we walked in, we felt embraced by a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We started our little one at the height of his stranger anxiety, and quickly found out just how caring the entire staff here is. So many members of the staff spent time comforting him one-on-one, and working with him to calm his anxiety and welcome him into the fold.

The curriculum is thoughtfully designed, promoting not only play but also healthy development through age-appropriate activities. Our little one has blossomed thanks to the engaging lessons and numerous creative opportunities. I love receiving daily updates and pictures that capture all the smiles and learning moments.

Safety and cleanliness are clearly top priorities here. I appreciate how secure I feel knowing that my baby is in a safe environment. The communication with parents, from teachers and administrators, is fantastic. I always feel informed about our child’s progress and daily experiences.

Overall, Primrose Grandview has made this transition into daycare smooth and enjoyable for both my child and me. I highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a nurturing and enriching place for their little ones.

I couldn't imagine sending my son anywhere else! He loves coming to school everyday and his teachers do a wonderful job keeping him and his friends engaged every single day. The leaders of the school are always so helpful and positive. We love Primrose...and Cookie Friday!

We are very happy with the care and attention our baby receives at Primrose. The teachers are friendly and attentive. Our baby always seems excited to go and comes home smiling. Primrose Grandview has been great for both of our children. The staff and teachers are wonderful and make our children feel safe and welcome. Our 3 year old transitioned to Primrose from OSU's daycare a few months ago and with the curriculum at Primrose his learning has taken off. Not enough good things to say.

Our family has had a great experience at Primrose Grandview. The teachers and staff all put our daughter’s best interest first. They provide constant updates throughout the day and have lots of activities planned to help with her development. We are very happy with our choice to come here!

Bar none, between the teachers and staff, Primrose Grandview has been absolutely wonderful to us. Our son was with a nanny for his first year of life (also kind of during Covid scary times) and I was so unsure about sending him to a daycare after we moved but I so quickly was assured we had made the right decision with Primrose!

We started our son there as an "Older Infant" and he is now in the "Preschool Pathways" class. All the teachers and staff have always known him by name and adored him. The school is very prompt and communicative if he gets hurt or sick and they are always completely transparent with all communications.

The classrooms are always filled with music, crafts, singing, dancing, toys, and happy kiddos. It's obvious that the teachers truly care for each child and it shows through in how happy, well-adjusted, and smart our son is becoming. We also loved that all diapers/wipes and all meals were included, and that the school opens at 6:30am.

Lastly, we deeply value how much appreciation is consistently shown to the TEACHERS who work there - because they deserve it the most and we always love getting the chance to sing their praises and celebrate them!! Happy teachers = happy kiddos!!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about this school! Also shout out to Ms. Byers and Mr. Welch - our little buddy LOVES you both and we love that you know his personality so well - THANK YOU!! 🙂

They do an excellent job taking care of our little one. We get frequent updates about feeding, diapers, activities, and naps, not to mention many pictures, throughout the day. They are also very sure to help with her adjustment into new classrooms as she continues to grow! Excellent day care. Highly recommend.
