You always go above and beyond in making sure that she continues to enjoy learning as every other healthy child, plays with her friends, eats her food and gets her insulin on time. We have toured probably every other daycare in the area, plus used a nanny in the past. Primrose is BY FAR the BEST daycare we have found. The staff is loving and conscientious. The management team is caring and has immediately corrected any issue we have had. Management is involved in the classrooms and daily activities. There are tons of different toys and books plus a great curriculum to keep the kids learning while having fun. The outdoor spaces are great. Our son is learning so many valuable life skills, he is happy and thriving in this daycare and having a better experience than with our nanny because of the variety and curriculum. The entire place is kept super clean- our toddler and infant have never had more than a runny nose, which is unheard of with our friends who use daycare. I was devastated to start our infant there (our son used an in-home until 1.5yr old) but she transitioned amazing and has not cried once during drop off. The staff worked with us on her schedule and made the transition flawless, it really could not have gone better. The food provided is nutritious and offers a great variety (we tried another daycare that was more expensive, didn’t provide food and gave juice with every snack which is not recommended by AAP.org, no toys, didn’t follow the curriculum they touted, all kids looked sick, building and outdoor space was run down yet somehow was the highest rating with great reviews- no thank you!). After that experience I truly recognize the value of this school and hands down recommend it. You will not be disappointed and your kids will be in a caring and nurturing environment!

We have been at Primrose for 6 years. Started at the Mason location then moved to S Lebanon when they opened since it was the same owner. Incredible teachers that are more like family! My kids are nurtured, loved, cared for, and educated each day. My kindergartner was more than ready for school from the education received. They make learning fun! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

It brings me so much comfort to know that while I am at work, my kids are in a fun and loving environment that focuses on education.

I can only speak to the Early Preschool and under classes, but all of the teachers we've encountered have been wonderful. Same goes for the admin staff. I toured many daycare facilities when we moved to the area, all of which were extremely underwhelming compared to Primrose. We were placed on the wait list for several months, but it was well worth the wait. In the Young Toddler room, my son quickly learned sign language that still continues to be very beneficial.

We enjoy all of the fun events they have, the app they use and the diverse menu they offer. Of course, with any center there will be minor issues. We experienced a fair amount of biting early on with our toddler. That just comes with the age group, but their open communication on how they were handling the situation was much appreciated.
