Worst experience ever. Very unsafe for children. A staff member attacked me while picking up my children as I have done probably more than 100 times in the past. Started yelling at me to get off the campus at the same time the staff member let a complete stranger on the campus who started the incident. He worked for PG&E and I was almost rear ended on 299 because of PG&E's lack of safety signs in the area. I complained to Cal Trans the next day and they had the same concerns as I did and called PG&E. The principal of our school at Bella Vista also contacted PG&E and Project Share about their staff letting complete strangers on our closed campus. I then contacted Project Share's management Kate Bates and the head of Project share's Austin Preller to file a complaint against their staff. They refused to tell me the staff member's full name or any other staff member's full name which I found deeply disturbing since this very staff I entrusted to watch my kids. I discovered none of us know exactly who any of their staff members are and yet we leave our children in their care for hours each day after school. Furthermore nothing was resolved about my complaint and the meeting I had with Austin Preller (Project Share) and a member of the Board of Education Mr Newman. It gets worse. Kate Bates of Project Share lied to me not once but twice on different days saying my principal at Bella Vista school reviewed the video tape CCTV footage and said the Project Share employee Mr Tom did noting wrong. I spoke to my principal at Bella Vista school and she denied she ever told them that. She said the CCTV footage was inconclusive and there was no audio or footage of Mr Tom yelling and screaming at me in front of my young daughters and many other little kids. All she saw was me coming out of a classroom after signing out my children.

Instead of Project Share's higher management dealing with a serious safety problem with their staff and format, they chose to lie about it and cover it up. I have several witnesses that were there and have the same safety concerns as I do. When I leave my children in the care of a babysitter, I know who they are. First and last name and address. Both Austin Preller (project share) and Mr Newman (Shasta County Board of Education) claim the parents and their kids come first on their list. That is clearly not true after the experience I had with both Project Share and the Shasta County Board of Education's Mr Newman. I am currently starting legal litigation against both entities. I took my kids out of Project Share permanently . I have also been informed by many other people that other project share staff members have mistreated children. Anyone using Project Share after school should know that they don't know anything about the staff watching their kids and if a a bad event should happen Project Share will cover it up and protect the perpetrator. YOUR KIDS DO NOT COME FIRST.
