I was on my way from San Diego to LA and i was looking for a good Test center between, I choose Quality Tutoring Services because of the great reviews.

For taking cisco exam you need two things:

1- A quite place so you can concentrate on the exam
2- A clean restroom so you can concentrate more 😉

This place had both of them on top of that the staff YOHALY and TAIS were so friendly and welcoming, they also wish you good luck.
I had amazing experience and I pass the exam!

The facilitator didn’t show up for my scheduled exam.

I had an exam scheduled at 9am and they didn’t arrive until 10am. Huge inconvenience because I had to schedule sick time from work and spend an hour on the phone to cancel and reschedule my appointment.

Came here to take the CSET exam. Rami was very accommodating and helpful. Great customer service. Said good luck to me before I went in to take my exam. When I called to book the appointment, he gave me his personal number and ensured that I got scheduled to take my test within days despite COVID-19 barriers, when most other test centers were closed. My test was cancelled by other places, but QTS was a real life saver because I was worried I wouldn’t be able to test in time.
Facility was clean and enforced pandemic clean standards of mask and gloves. Room temperature got a little hot but the AC was turned on. Only one other tester was present, so room was private and quiet.

Just took and passed my CDR RD exam here this morning! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Testing area is very quiet and they even give you ear plugs if needed. Location can be somewhat difficult to find but inside, it is very clean and professional. Would definitely recommend and take another test here again!
