Great company to work with. My company has worked with R.D. Holder for the last 4 years. They provide us with (bulk offroad diesel, on road diesel, gasoline, propane and lubricants). Service is top notch. Delivery times are always as promised. Anything we need is always a call away, no need to wait on hold or speak to a computer. If you are looking for a fuel supplier for your business or personal please give R.D. Holder a call you will not be disappointed.

They locked me into a reasonably fair market price(*during pandemic pricing)but also offered a few options for how I could better plan and save in the future. Extremely pleased with R.D Holder. They are prompt, courteous, and their employee Dustin went above and beyond to help with an unforeseen issue we encountered when installing a new furnace. Made an appointment on Monday. They said the driver would be out Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. It's now Friday after 4 PM and I had to call 3 times today to discover the driver had truck issues. No update from RD Holder... We've been without heat for 3 days now and I have 3 little kids. Low tonight is 11. When I asked to be made a priority, I got transfered to a freaking voice mail box of the supervisor. Such unprofessional customer service. Will be going with Duncan next time despite the higher prices.

Update: called back and they left a message personally with the supervisor to call me back. I got no call. They're now closed. Absolutely ridiculous.

Used Marble Cliff Oil Co. for years with no-issues, R.D.Holder Oil Co. have purchased this business and now we're having problems. On Feb 4,2021 I purchased our 2nd load of heating-oil for this season. On Feb 8,2021 we woke-up to a very cold house with Boiler not running. Checked the Boiler Sys. and found the fuel oil filter plugged and very dirty fuel-oil. Called R.D.Holder Co. and started getting the runaround etc. After 2-days got a call back and we agreed to have their Service Contractor to investigate and found water and sediment in the fuel-oil. The lady from R.D.Holder called and said she would send a truck out to pump-out and refill my tank. That was 5-days ago and we have not heard back from them. The Customer Services was so unprofessional that I haven't call them, I'll follow-up with the B.B.B.
