Tried this place for the first time, I got the veggie burger and my boyfriend got the Reuben (which he liked!). We were a little disappointed with the wait, we ordered pickup and it took over 45 minutes for our food to be ready. It also ended up being cold. The veggie burger was just strange, the tomato jelly had a weird flavor, the patty was kind of gross, and the fried goat cheese is definitely a choice. I couldn't explain the flavor to my boyfriend so he took a bite and said it tasted like a plastic bucket and that really just hit the nail on the head for me. I wasn't able to eat it after that. A simple black bean patty with normal ketchup, lettuce, and cheese is perfect for any vegetarian. I'm not sure what the thought is behind the weird combos and sad veggie patty.

This is our go to for the tri-town area. The menu has something for everyone and the staff are so kind. Their beer and cocktail list continues to improve! Keep an eye on their specials during the week: burger night, 1/2 priced wine, etc.

We really liked Red House and will definitely be coming back. The pretzel appetizer with queso was amazing! It's like two pretzel cones, so good for splitting with someone. I also got the brisket platter, which was maybe just a little too spicy for my taste, but I don't like things spicy. Also got dessert, the cookie + ice cream was great. Layer of cookie on an oval skillet (PIPING HOT) with two scoops of ice cream on top. It was incredible, but could've used another scoop of ice cream, honestly. Two scoops stood no chance against that kind of heat.

Over the top. best experience I have had in a long time!! Normally have to travel to New Haven to have amazing food and cocktails! Bartender is a professional mixologist and taught us a lot while making us some yummy drinks. “Green Eyes” was the drink I had and I can drink them all night. I had the braised chicken dish.. perfect portion, fresh of the fresh for food.. needless to say this is going to be my go to from now on. I absolutely love this place, the atmosphere and the people!

Amazing service and food. The dishes are all very unique and everything is fresh and made in house. The jalapeno bacon butter that they serve with their cornbread is delicious. The serving size leaves enough for you to bring home too. Very reasonably priced for the quality and quantity. Drinks are great too!

Fun place, good service.
We had different dishes, the one we liked best was the chicken sandwich.
Hamburger was well presented, enough size for teenagers but wasn't the dish we enjoyed more.
Might go back.

My wife and I, we just love everything about Red House. The food is amazing, the staff are a delight to be around, and if you are into classic rock, you will love the atmosphere.
