Minnette and her team at Regal Resources have been nothing short of amazing. RR has helped me multiple times and I've had only excellent experiences. Minnette and the rest of her company are incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful. I'm treated as though #1 at all times. Minnette/RR always gets back to me immediately and answers any questions I have. I have referred them to whomever I can and am so happy I found them! Thank you Minnette & the RR crew!

I was in search for a job and Minnette and her team quickly placed me at a great company where I got to work closely with a team of executives and reported to the VP of People and Culture! I started out as a temp to hire and Minnette always made sure I was paid on time. I love the fact that she was always available to talk or text and she made sure to check in on me. One point in time, I was having a minor hiccup at work and Minnette took the time to coach me and I wasn't afraid to research things on my own time to help myself grow within my role. Thanks to Regal Resources, I have had so many opportunities. I have personally referred my friends and family to Regal Resources when they were in need of employment or looking for HR services.

They are only seeking out the best interest of the employer. If this HR company is the company that your employer hires, beware! They do not help resolve conflicts and ignored me for many days while the company that I worked for was retaliating against me. It would have been nice to have their help, and I ended up quitting because of the situation. Minnette also promised to send me a payment for a lens that I broke onsite, at work, during work hours, but that was more than a month ago and I have yet to receive any kind of payment.
