Equipment definitely needs a lot of improvement and fixing, but 10 stars goes to Krissy she is absolutely the best! From the moment you walk into the gym, she greets everyone with a warm, welcoming smile and makes you feel right at home. She’s incredibly professional, always handling everything smoothly and efficiently — whether it’s checking people in, answering questions, or keeping things running seamlessly.

More than that, Krissy is truly the heart of this gym. She knows members by name, remembers details about their fitness journeys, and brings an energy that motivates everyone around her. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the people here.

Big thanks to Krissy for making this place feel like more than just a gym — she makes it feel like a community!

Never opened on time leaving people sitting in the parking lot constantly. Can't even take pre-workout before leaving the house because you might have the shakes and itches for no reason. Half the equipment is out of service for months at a time yet you still get charged for "maintenance fees". There's no heat on in the winter and the thermostats read 55 degrees daily.

Not a bad gym for a grunt who doesn’t need much. Place is worn down, needs a lot of attention.

One staff member in particular very disrespectful and rude. Told me “you can look at your phone” when asked about a simple broken clock. (Black hair long pony tail)

It’s nice, the women’s side is now non-existent though just an fyi. That doesn’t really make me uncomfortable but not having headphones is the worst time ever here now. Whoever works here now keeps on playing sad and depressing music or something so slow it makes you think it’s nap time.. so.. the music sucks. It makes me want to cry and never come back without headphones. Obviously sometimes I come unprepared but that doesn’t mean I should have to endure this type of pain.

DO NOT JOIN, the people were friendly and they have the basics. However when I tried to cancel my contract they told me I would have to buyout the next 9 months.

Place is awful, contracts are awful and they steal money. Impossible to get out of contract, they are scammers. Over priced for terrible equipment. Women's only section is awful. Ventilation is awful. Do not get gym membership here.

Friendly staff. The yoga class on Tuesday night is a blast. Good mixture of stretching, core exercises, and balancing. The gym has a lot of treadmills, bikes, etc. The issues with this place is they don't have AC. It's been broken for two years and they refuse to fix it. That's fine in the winter, but it's sweltering in the summer. On the women's only part of the gym the equipment is pretty old. Certain machines over there have been broken for months and they have never been looked at. The gym has a good atmosphere, good classes (when they aren't being canceled), but they need to start maintaining, fixing, and updating their equipment.

Poor squat, bench, and deadlift set-ups (not enough weight, old equipment, racks laid out poorly.) Not really enough space for anything truly adequate. Weights are either on the floor or mixed and matched around on different machines or racks. Some benches had no weights on their racks at all and there did not appear to be any staff presiding over the area. Cardio machines are pretty decent and the central turf area is solid. Would not recommend if you are interested in getting in a consistent, daily lift in but good for getting some activity in when you can’t do cardio elsewhere. Would not recommend a 12-month membership because, unless you ask specifically in my experience, your membership does not expire after 12 months and instead becomes month to month. Not typical for any of the other, albeit higher quality, gyms I’ve had the pleasure of going to.
