As a student, I would’ve expected more courtesy from my university. My new roommate switched buildings last night and was told her ID would switch to this building at 6pm last night. Last night at around 8pm, no access. I granted her access to the building. This morning at 10:45? No access. Upon calling ResLife, she was told that nobody had seen the email about her ID not working and she would have to wait. Although she now lives here, she is not able to access her residence hall and there is not always someone here to grant her access to the building. Overall, the ResLife system is not very attentive to students residential needs.
