If they gave trophies for ineptitude this place would have a trophy case full I'm sure. They have no concept of communication, they won't return or even acknowledge messages whether by phone or email. They are completely unprofessional and disorganized. My closing date has been delayed and/or extended time and time again, what I thought was my final closing date has come and gone still with no payment because they seem to have conveniently "forgotten" 15 pages of the contract, or they are too busy twiddling their thumbs instead of doing their job. I'm beyond disgusted with this place and the ignorance of the people working there. I would advise staying away from this place since they obviously have no clue what they are doing and they take no responsibility for their actions or lack there of.

Do not use this service, I did a refinance on a property and the lender picked this title company and they are the worst, Kimberly was very unprofessional and rude. She forgot to put a form in the pack to have signed and the notary had to come back to my job the next day to get the form signed. The took money to pay the back taxes and they still haven't paid them. They have had the money since January 6.

When things go wrong (Which they will) don't expect any updates.

Kimberly Fisher and Company has costed me $20,000 by literally not knowing what they are doing. It's been nearly 6 months of constant title issues. This company puts customers last and to Kimberly's defense the rest of the company doesn't even help her. What a disgrace.
The one job they have is to file the deed, and they didn't even do that. Most likely lost it.

I am a agent from Florida so when my investment buyer picked a title company in Ohio, I was thrown off but, boy am I glad he did. Jennifer McIntyre and her team are absolutely AMAZING. This was not a easy close, I had both buyer & seller, the home was in pre-foreclosure, there were permits open, the seller was more than reluctant to move out and the buyers were slow to get in what was needed. This team never stopped, they worked through every detail with me, they had solutions for things and when I was at my breaking points (I had a few) they offered me so much support. I could of not closed this deal if it wasn't for the knowledge and kindness of this team at this company!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I've been in Real Estate for years and have NEVER experienced the type of service that I received from this company.

First, I sold a property in June and this company paid off the wrong mortgage (they paid off another one of my properties instead). This created a huge headache and put my buyers at risk.

Secondly, I used them for a purchase of another property and they didn't record the pay off! Now, I have this property (post rehab) in contract to sell but we are held up (closing was supposed to be two days ago) because this title company didn't record the pay off.

Now, they will not tell us any information and keep telling us to speak with their home office. This company is 100% incompetent! Poor communication and juvenile mistakes. They take no responsibility for their own mess ups!

I was given conflicting information regarding a delay in disbursement of funds after closing by two of their associates. When I stated I was concerned, Emily responded in a totally unprofessional and condescending way, which was completely inappropriate given the circumstances. Everything has been resolved, however, I have sold several homes in the past and have never had theses issues before. I’ve also never been talked to nor treated the way so called professionals did in this case- as nothing but an annoyance. As a result, given the many options for title agencies that exist throughout central Ohio, I would never recommend Resource Title to anyone.

I have used Resource Real Estate Services on dozens of mortgage transactions. I would highly recommend them. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and they are always available at any time to answer any questions or concerns that come up. I have found that they are much easier to deal with then other Title companies in the area, and always go the extra mile to ensure a smooth closing and funding.
