Professor Crowe is the best. I took my citizenship classes online and everything was very fast. I signed up for the classes and I just received the letter to introduce myself and it said that the appointment was in 4 weeks. I thought it was very soon and that it would be complicated but Professor Crowe has a very good layout, the class was perfect, many thanks to the school and if you want to become a citizen, do not hesitate to take your classes, the confidence that you project in the interview is what will help you make everything go well, blessings to all and The ceremony was very beautiful, led by Director Gomez.

They helped my son get his certification in HVAC. This school not only has given him the knowledge but the tools he needs to succeed. However, I’m especially thankful for his Teacher Mr. Lopez who has been an excellent teacher and has supported him and helped accomplish his goals. He couldn’t have done it without him. Also, they have given my son the opportunity to participate in Skills USA. Which, has been a great experience for my son. They’ve won 1st place here in California and they are now participating at Nationals in Atlanta. Hats off to everyone that has made this possible! I am a proud mom and forever grateful to you all. Once again, thank you!

The enrollment process and orientation were rough at Richard N. Slawson Southeast Occupational Center. The Los Angeles Community College District allows you to enroll 2 or 3 months in advance without meeting or relying on a counselor to enroll you. Unfortunately, at Richard N. Slawson Southeast Occupational Center the counselor has to enroll you, (when it should be the admission office), and that could take weeks or month(s) or until the last minute if you're fortunate, whenever they feel like it. The online class was an improvement, although there were some technical issues, I liked that it was online and didn't have to travel to the campus in Bell. Overall, I gave it this rating because the class, text book, and test were free if you are an LAUSD employee.
