Everyone was incredibly kind and supportive, especially Vanessa, who was exceptionally polite and encouraging. I had almost lost hope, but her motivation gave me the confidence to do well. Everyone was super nice & patient, the instructor for the written part was very chill. The instructor for the skills was amazing, she let me fix my missed steps each time and even helped me on the steps I missed on some of them. She would say “hmm is that all” after I missed a step.

This was a very clean testing site. Everyone was nice and helpful. I took the written part of the exam here and I passed. I highly recommend.

I took the written test and passed, the lady was very polite. The skill portion of the test the other lady left the room twice and then said she didn't see me complete the tasks. She was extremely rude and was on the computer the other half with her back to me. I failed. Went to another facility and passed with flying colors. The worst attitude and the most uncomfortable faculty. DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER.
To your recent reply... There is no misdirection due to success or unsuccessful testing of my skills. It had to due with the fact that I'm not the only to have said this in numerous reviews of your faculty also. These are just honest facts by myself and others before. Sorry your not happy with these reviews. I tested again at another facility for this reason alone. If you don't make changes the same results keep happening. This is why I changed facilities for my test. God Speed.

Reading previous reviews and going there to test, I was apprehensive. Yesterday, I finished taking both parts of my exams. I didn’t know if I had passed or failed but I knew I was going to give my review on Google. All of the employees were very professional and polite! I would recommend RN& Associates to anyone. I drove an hour to take my exam and I would make the drive again if I needed to but I received my results and I passed!!!

Me and my cousin both went here a few days ago to take our STNA test. The lady who administered the online portion was very nice and helpful, and the ladies walking around in the first room were no problem. Unfortunately, when taking the skills portion we both found the two workers to be rude. While taking my skills test one of them sat at the computer the entire time and barely even looked at me, she then counted off for parts of skills I DID COMPLETE. I passed both portions but I’m still upset that points were taken off for things I DID, but she was not paying attention. My cousin also had points counted off for things SHE DID. I would recommend scheduling elsewhere.

The skill version of the test was very uncomfortable, the lady observing me was working with her back towards me half the time and on her computer the other half. I verbalized a mistake I made and she basically said “doesn’t matter” Felt like they wanted you to fail. Do not recommend testing here

Adding to this I retook my skills portion at another site and it was 100000x better feels like they actually wanted you to succeed

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was nervous and praying that I would pass the skills and knowledge exams. The proctors were fair and kind for the entire process. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Scripture is sprinkled throughout the establishment to encourage the students. Meant the world to me. Thank you all and GOD BLESS RN and ASSOCIATES,LLC.🙏🏽
