The nicest people work here. I’m from Los Angeles. I moved here a year ago. Their customer service is exceptional. Jessica the manager is one of the most gracious people you’ll ever meet. Please visit if you are not a local but have kids. There are arts and crafts days story time and puppet shows! Tons of books and dvds. There are printer machines and copy machines as well. Spring to summer there’s a fathers market next door too. Really nice turn.

Lots of fun activities for the kids to enjoy and many incentive programs to get the kids excited about reading. Jessica the head librarian is amazing and always very helpful. The staff is always friendly and I also like that you can order any book and have it shipped for free. It's also nice that it's next to the playground.

AWESOME place!!!...AWESOME staff!!!...AWESOME Youth Lead!!!...Jessica is the best I've ever been around, she's truly gifted leading, teaching and motivating children to use the abilities and capabilities they were born with. (I know this to be true, because I did similarly when I
counseled troubled youth, encouraging and motivating them to be and do more than they thought they were capable of, also did the same as a youth pastor.)

What the Running Springs Branch Library lacks in size is made up for by the dedication of the staff, led by Jessica Harp. Their passion is obvious in every story time, craft, or book/movie recommendation. I believe this library is the only place you can access a computer with internet (or you can bring your own device and connect with the internet) for free in town. There is also a printer and copier that are available for printing and copying for a nominal fee. Just be sure to bring cash, because cards aren't accepted.

The book and audiobook selection is great for the size of the building, with many new releases, the free movie selection is also pretty good, but you can always find a great new release dvd (I believe it's a $1.50 fee for 3 days for new release dvds). If the book isn't available at this branch, but is available at another one in the county, it can be sent for free to the Running Springs Branch. If the book isn't available in the county and is still in print, it's worth asking for at the circulation desk. Often the staff has been able to order the book through the county, although it might take a month or two to arrive.

Every month there is a bigger themed event, often with prizes for checking out a certain number of books. Often there are month long promotions that reward patrons with a prize for checking out 30 books or more. Almost every week there is an event or two for children, usually a story time and a craft. This is a great way for younger kids to socialize and develop a love of reading. Jessica and the rest of the staff makes sure every event is amazing. They truly go above and beyond. I can't imagine what this community would be like without the library.

The library is great to go there! They can let you grab a book with a library card from the SB county, and use the Overdrive app for eBooks and requests of books every week! One small problem I don't like is that they close sometimes because of COVID-19. I recommend going here since it's right by the park. See you there!?

Their service is awesome. They give prices to whoever frequently borrows books/DVDs there.
