My son and I made a appointment to speak to someone about his 10 year old daughter and 4 year old son on how his children are being abused and we had a video of the10 year old being beat by her mother’s friend to whom they were living with at the time. My son also sent paperwork to them on how their mother didn’t take care of the 10 year olds diabetes. The paperwork of 126 pages was sent to him by her doctors and doctors sent DHR to the mothers house to do a well check to check on her because her mother would not answer three call's to see how she was doing because her sugar level was so high. DHR there at the Russell county office did not care.We talked by phone many times and went to the office many times and they don’t call you back or even acknowledge receiving anything that they asked you to send in. They don’t care

Extremely rude people, they do not care about children’s wellbeing or health. They need to be shutdown with the lack of care they show towards the people trying to help. Our experience has been absolutely horrible and we are the people trying to help.

I was not called nor Informed that I wouldn't be able to see my grand daughter this day and I scheduled the visit well in advanced. It was a two hour drive and no one called to follow up with me to make sure my visit got rescheduled. Upset with the service here. Will is always out sick or not in his office.
