I recently took the Pistol 1 and Pistol 2 classes offered by Saber Tactics, and I couldn't be more impressed. The instructors clearly know their stuff. Their extensive experience in law enforcement and training was evident from start to finish. Each lesson was thoughtfully structured, with clear, practical instruction that emphasized safety, accuracy, and technique. They had an amazing ability to break down complex skills, making them easy to understand and practice. I walked away feeling much more confident in my abilities. If you're looking for top-notch firearms training, I highly recommend Saber Tactics.

If you’re looking for top-notch firearms training from competent, professional instructors with years of LE experience, look no further—these guys are great to work with & learn from. Twenty of us spent 1/2 a day with them at the range doing CCW recertification & everyone had a great time. They prioritize safety in all aspects of the course & bring a wealth of knowledge to share. I recommend them to anyone unequivocally—whether you’re new to firearms or seasoned shooter, first time CCW qualifier or 3rd recert in…Saber Tactics is the place to go.

The Saber Tactics team operate a very professional process. Staff are very knowledgeable, real-world people who run a very safe and effective training. They are business-like, authentic and friendly, focused on helping students learn and develop important firearm and situational skills. Their program systems are easy to follow and administered well. It was an enjoyable & productive experience. The Los Altos Rod & Gun Club that is used by Saber Tactics for the live-fire training is a great facility in many ways that I will continue to use. Range staff are friendly and helpful and do not compromise on safety.

Saber Tactics simply the best. The qualification was seamless. Straight to the point.

The staff were great and professional. Nick, Ephraim, and the rest of the team are great. During the course, Nick explains everything step by step. Crawl, Walk, Run, Phase.

For those who are shopping around which class to go through CCW. Highly recommended Saber Tactics.

I recently completed the CCW course with Sabre Tactics and I highly recommend them for any training that you may be interested in. The online portion was well laid out and very informative and the in person portion was really great. Both Ephraim and Nick, as well as the other instructors, were very knowledgeable and took the time to present the lessons clearly and in progressive steps. This really helped make the proper techniques easy to replicate and practice to instill muscle memory. They were very patient and clear in their instruction, while at the same time being very serious and unwavering in all necessary safety rules. My wife and two of my sons took the class with me and we all had a great experience and plan to take additional courses with Sabre in the future.

I had a great experience getting my Ccw certification. The instructor explained in very good detail what to do and what not to do. Answered a lot of questions that people had and gave good examples. Overall great experience and would go back to saber for more training

I recently completed the 16-hour CCW training with Saber Tactics. I have been involved with training for most of my career, in the aerospace industry, and consider Saber Tactics' training for CCW permits to be well designed and professionally executed.

I gave 5 stars to be fair. I have no idea how professional these people are, their weapons systems handling experience, real life experience, or anything else. I was looking for ranges and training near where I live, and when I checked their website, I just wanted to point out that when you hit their splash page on their website as you scroll down you can read the following:

"TRAIN WITH THE BEST IN THE /SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA"
"ABILITY"
"APPORTUNITY"
"DEDICATION"

I just want to point out that opportunity is spelled with an O, not an A. I don't know about law enforcement, but if you told me this was a shooting course ran by Marines, and I saw that, I would immediately go "Yeah that checks out, probably a well ran course". But, because it's ran by people with law enforcement experience, I am not sure how confident I am with that website.
