I absolutely love this place. Today was my first time getting a massage here, and let me just say that I will be coming back. The ambience was very nice and calming. My massage was wonderful. I had so many kinks in my neck and back, but Lisa worked all of that out. I left feeling so relaxed. Thank you!!

I’m from NYC and I came down to Alabama for a visit. I was gifted a session at sacred sol with Dr Tiffany and it was wonderful. Facility is clean and organized. Dr Tiffany focused on my needs and assessed exactly what can be done. The hit bath was wonderful in a cool private room that allowed me to relax and engage in the session while drinking some amazing herbal tea she made for me. The dry sauna was beautiful and effective as I went through a very nice detox all indoors all in a safe environment guided by Dr Tiffany. Oh I highly recommend this facility for your self-care needs. I will be visiting sacred soul when I return to Montgomery Alabama. Thank you Dr Tiffany for an amazing personal session that really address to me.

I have been going to see Dr. Tiffany Taft for a couple of years now,... she is super knowledgeable about the body, and very experienced as well as professional. I would highly recommend her for any service that she provides,... the massages are especially amazing! If you haven’t paid her a visit, you are MISSING OUT! 😎 You will not be disappointed.

I encourage everyone to visit Dr. Taft and her wellness center! I had a consultation with Dr. Taft and ended up wanting to sign up for every service I could!!! She didn't do a sales pitch, we simply had a conversation. Her office environment, her energy, her knowledge were so peaceful and comforting.
I started my search for a place to start my healing and wellness journey and I did not realize that a place such as Sacred Soul Wellness existed right here in Montgomery, AL. I tried the fresh green juices and they were amazing. I still had energy, was not nutritionally depleted, and did not experience caffeine withdrawals. She is booked so far in advanced but I have started my second round of juices and I am excited about my upcoming Reiki and massage session! I had the opportunity to experience the MLD session, and my legs felt lighter once it was over. I did not realize that my legs were so heavy and tight.
