Scheduled two in person classes with Kevin. Both attempts failed due to him not showing up. He doesn’t answer phone calls or text messages. Both times we had over 30 employees waiting for him to arrive for almost two hours. Both times he did not show.

Adding to the already phenomenal reviews here. Kevin was a life saver. My health inspection got bumped up sooner than expected and I needed to take my manager exam same day. I was going to drive from SD to HB, but when I called, I found out that Kevin was already teaching a course in San Diego that day! I came to the restaurant, and when Kevin was done with his class, he ate some barbecue while I took my test haha. Passed, printed, good to go. Kevin was a pleasure to work with, super nice guy. Thanks so much!

Kevin covered a lot of informations, more than the previous online course (Kitchen Manager) I one took somewhere else! Be sure to study his handout study guides and practice test! Take his in person class and exam! He was great, so much experiences, knowledge in the industry, time went by fast, and he’s funny! Thank you so much Kevin! God bless you! 🙏🏾

Just get to the point and cut the course in half seriously
