My favorite yoga studio is at Sama Yoga Center. Doing yoga in the garden under the tree shade, listening to the sound of a water fountain, is absolutely blissful. Rebekah is a cheerful and delightful instructor. All the instructors here are trained. I love the yoga sequence here because it is both too hard and too easy. I am a beginner/moderate yogi. I want something that is soothing, strengthening, and stretching at the same time. I highly recommend this peaceful place.

Sama is amazing! A good friend entered me into a contest and I won a free month of classes - what a gift, and at the perfect time. I'd been wanting to commit to yoga for years but always felt intimidated by it, nervous about the studio and not knowing anything, etc. This free month was the push I needed to get over that...and boy did I quickly realize how unnecessary my concerns were. This place is so warm, welcoming and just all-around comfortable. I'm 8 classes in and feel excited to go each time, am seeing progress in my body/ability, have connected with lovely people, and perhaps most importantly - feel like I belong there. I'm so grateful for everyone at Sama... and for my special friend who gave me the push I needed.

Beautiful studio with amazing natural light + heated floors. Flows are a nice balance of accessible and challenging. Everyone is there to have fun, and Rebekah makes you feel right at home! Lovely, welcoming yoga studio where laughter and all levels of practice are welcome 🙂

Experience has been much better than expected
Rebekah is the best and runs a professional center.Which also manages to be both a comfortable and inviting setting especially important for a person new to yoga.
Denise always has a smile for you and is very helpful to a new attendee.

Sama Yoga offers very healing, grounding, movement & breath based classes. The energy of the owner & her instructors is one of positivity, knowledge of their craft, & passion for teaching in a non-competitive environment. A class at Sama Yoga feels like a big bear hug for the mind & body!
