I wholeheartedly recommend Sanidas Tutoring! My 8th grader was enrolled in their SHSAT prep class from February to November this year, and we were really impressed with the experience. The class structure was well-organized, meeting twice a week with one day dedicated to Math and the other to ELA. This approach worked perfectly for my son.

He learned a great deal from all his instructors , who he described as a balance of firm yet fun. The teachers were approachable, always making themselves available to answer questions, and they genuinely cared about my son’s success. As a parent, I truly appreciated how responsive they were to any concerns or questions I had.

Another great aspect of Sanidas Tutoring was the extra support offered through additional practice test days and the opportunity for students to drop in and ask specific questions. It was clear that the instructors went above and beyond to ensure the students had the tools and support they needed to succeed.

Although he wouldn’t fully admit it, my son actually enjoyed the classes and rarely complained about attending – a huge accomplishment for any teenager! He especially appreciated the chance to talk sports with the instructors during downtime, which made the experience more enjoyable and added an element of fun!

I’m already planning for my younger son to join when the time comes! Thank you.

We used to work with a few other training centers before learning about Sanidas right before the test dates. In a very short time we were able to get truly personalized treatment, targeted to specific weak areas and incomparable progress versus months of work with other place(s). Highly recommended both for ELA and Math (within 10 min the teacher explained a topic related to Venn Diagrams combined with probability problem that was clear and easy to grasp while all previous explanations were really incomplete and difficult to work on). We will continue working with this center.

This review is very long overdue. My boys have benefited from Sanidas Academy’s services like their after school program, summer camps, and private tutoring for over 6 years now. All the teachers at Sanidas genuinely care for each child and are passionate about teaching. Many of the teachers attended NYC specialized high schools themselves and are very knowledgeable about the NYC school application process.

I can't say enough good things about this place! Warm, nurturing enviroment with the most kind and caring staff. Last Fall my daughter wanted to apply to art school and needed to present a portfolio and I didnt even know where to begin. I called Sanidas to see if they even offered Art lessons and sure enough they said yes! My daughter worked with Dina 2-3 days a week for private art sessions. They needed to build an art portfolio of 8 very specific pieces in a very short amount of time. my daughter was so stressed out and sometimes very discouraged by the amount of work but Dina kept her moving in the right direction. She worked endlessly with my daughter and was always so patient and understanding. She offered more help then we could have ever hoped for, even helping with her essay to go along with the portfolio. The hard work paid off and my daughter was accepted to her 2 top choices and is now a visual art student at Laguardia High School. I highly recommend Sanidas Acadamey for art or academics. They are a great team!
