I would like to highlight School Connection and its well-organized educational programs; from the after-school activities to the summer camps, everything is planned with attention to detail. The educational programs are first-rate, offering a perfect blend of learning and fun that keeps my child engaged year-round.
Their after-school program has been a game-changer for our family. My youngest child (8 yo) has been attending since the beginning of 2023 and not only does she look forward to attending every day, but she has also shown remarkable growth in both her academic skills and social development. My child has made great friends here, and the collaborative atmosphere encourages teamwork and positive social interactions. She also likes her teacher very much!
What sets School Connection apart is the Director (Founder), Denny Lo. She goes above and beyond to ensure that every child receives the support they need. When my oldest child was taking Tutoring over the summer and was struggling with Algebra, Denny personally stepped in, offering extra time, resources, and encouragement. Her dedication to each child's success is truly inspiring and made a significant difference in my child's learning experience.
The campus offers a variety of educational programs and activities -----ranging from homework help to creative arts, one-on-one tutoring, and summer camps. It’s clear that the program is designed to foster both learning and creativity.
As a parent, I’m also impressed with the regular communication from the program staff. They keep us well-informed about our child’s progress and are always open to feedback and suggestions. It's evident that they strive to continuously improve the program, making it the best experience possible for the kids.
I highly recommend School Connection to any parent looking for a high-quality, engaging, and supportive after-school program with a Director who truly cares. It’s been a wonderful experience for our entire family, and I’m confident it will be yours too!

My daughter has been attending School Connection Walnut after school program for many years. I have to say they have very good teachers and a very well run program. I felt safe to know that they would pick her up from elementary and now middle school and provide her with a great environment to stay and study after school. I would recommend SC for your students after school tutoring program.

School connection is such an amazing place to learn and grow as a person. The directors, teachers, and everyone involved helped my kid learn for nearly four years now, and I am so grateful to them. I am absolutely very happy with the afterschool and with my child’s academic progress. The teaching staff is very professional and is truly helpful to the children. The afterschool provides an excellent safe and quiet platform for the children to learn. We truly appreciate school connection guidance in helping our child grow academically.

So grateful for School-Connection! I have 2 daughters, who were both struggling with math. They came to me for help and as their mom, I did my best, but it was hard. I struggled to communicate with them and to teach them in a way that they can relate and really learn. I couldn't help them and I wanted to find a place where they could really thrive. Then I found School-Connection. I enrolled my daughters in their after school program to get help with their assignments. My eldest was in 5th grade and my youngest was in 1st. They started to understand math better and their grades improved. I then started to enroll them in their summer camp and it really helped them with their academics for the following school year. They both stayed with School-Connection through 8th grade, because they got the help they needed there to really thrive. I'm so grateful for School-Connection and will recommend them to everyone with children in grades 1 to 8.

I was looking for an after-school program that was more academic than “play” focused, and my friend told me about this one. I sent my daughter here starting 4th grade because she was struggling in keeping up with her classes and taking school seriously. She was getting B’s and C’s in school. When my daughter first started in School-Connection, she had a hard time adjusting in the beginning because the teachers were strict and academically focused. She was used to being in after-school programs that was just “day care” and let the students play most of the time, which I didn’t like. After the first two weeks, she stopped complaining and said the teachers and students were very welcoming, and all her homework was completed before coming home. I stopped getting missing assignment notices from her school teacher, and her grades started to improve within two months. I was so happy and relieved. She stayed in School-Connection until 8th grade, and I continued to see improvements in her study. They really challenged and motivated her to take her classes seriously. I saw a big change in her mentality the years she was at School-Connection. My daughter is now a junior in high school and is taking AP classes of her own free will and I couldn’t be happier!!

My parents signed me up for School Connection when I was in 4th grade, and looking back, I can honestly say that it was one of the best decision they could’ve made for me.

I can say that my time at School Connection was some of the best in my life. I remember fooling around with some of my friends that I had made there, looking at some of the fish swim around in the tank. I remember going on the field trips that were planned every week and learning about things I had never even heard about. School Connection is not purely about academics, but the experience. If I ever had the chance to revisit those days, I would do so in a heartbeat because those were truly the good old days.

School Connection fostered an environment that was supportive but also prioritized academics. I never once felt left behind on material because the teachers were always kind and attentive. The extra practice that was provided to me is the reason why I did well in elementary school, and I can confidently say that helped me build up the skills and work ethic needed to succeed in middle and high school.

I will always be grateful for everything that I have learned at School Connection. If you are considering enrolling your child here, you should definitely go for it! There’s no other learning center in the area that can compare.
