We enrolled our daughter - Inayaa Ivanshi when she was 13 months old after we moved from Canada. Its been 4 months my daughter has been going to Scotty's. We love to see her being happy, comfortable, learn & experience new stuffs daily. She surprises us everyday with singing new songs, new words, counting numbers, ABCs, colors and so on.
Her class teacher Ms. Laura is extremely hardworking, full of energy, attentive, super friendly and cares about every little things. She gives detailed report about her day which helps us trust them completely.
Caregivers (Ms Destany, Ms Crystal & others) are active, caring, accomodating & outstanding.
Facility has a huge kids area with best educational activities and is always clean.
The director Ms Lillian is a sweet & wonderful person.
As a first time mom, I was anxious about putting her in daycare initially. However, I can now say I made the best decision to choose Scotty's. Highly recommend!

My daughter has been attending Scotty's Kiddy Korner since she was about 4 months old. I never have a single worry about her while she is in the care of Scotty's amazing teachers. The staff always make me feel at ease and I know she is in good hands. The teachers go above and beyond and you can tell they truly care about all the kids. If my daughter was out sick for a few days Ms. Debbie and Ms. Nancy would express how much they missed her when she returned and told me that they were thinking about her while she was out. They provide excellent communication on a daily basis, giving a written and verbal report of how your child's day was. Also, whenever my daughter wasn't feeling well or wasn't acting like herself, they were sure to give me a call to keep me informed. Everyone in the building is very friendly; even though my daughter was in the infant room at that time, I could always count on Ms. Laura, Ms. Crystal, or Ms. Amy to say "good morning" or "have a great night" on our way in and out. I am so very appreciative of the care they provide my daughter. She is now in the Toddler room and learning so much everyday. She loves all of the art projects, playroom and circle time. The owner, Ms. Lillian is excellent, she always made herself available to speak to me if I had a question or concern and is open to any suggestions. I can't say enough good things about Scotty's!

My Wife switched my so from YMCA after school program to Scotty's and It was the best decision ever made.
Great, Friendly and Professional Staff, i like the fact that the staff spends time talking, reading, watching movies and doing activities with the kids. I love the school like atmosphere, very pleasant. My son is much happier.
I look forward to continuing the after school program with Scotty's for years to come..

When I first brought my son to Scotty’s, he was five weeks old. Even though I visited multiple times to ensure I was comfortable with the staff, I was terrified to leave him essentially with strangers. Only, the staff became more like family.
Those first weeks, I would call a few times a day to check in on him and Anna would give me his full report. She was so friendly each time I called and I felt that he was in such good hands. When my son moved out of the infant room, I was tearful again that he was moving to a new room with new teachers. At Scotty’s, they help to transition the children slowly and bring them to the next room with their new teachers so my son was well-accustomed already. When I was pregnant with my daughter, my son was transitioned to the preschool room prior to her birth to help alleviate all the changes that were going to occur after she was born.
My daughter started Scotty’s when she was eight weeks old. When she began, teachers brought my son to visit her throughout the day. It was very sweet that they spent time together even when my husband and I were not there.
Now that my son graduated from Scotty’s pre-K and is in kindergarten I am sure that this was the best place to send my children. Being a teacher myself, I feel that curriculum is important; each day the children should feel challenged and successful and they are. My son was ready for kindergarten even though he is young for his age. My daughter still attends Scotty’s and will graduate pre-K next year.
My husband and I highly recommend Scotty’s Kiddy Korner as a place to send your children.

My daughter has been attending Scotty's since she was 3 weeks old. It was one of the best decisions we have ever made. Her progress both socially and educationally couldn't be better. I have no doubt that Scotty's will make her transition from Pre K to Kindergarten as smooth as any parent could ask for. Thank you to the awesome teachers and staff at Scotty's.

Scotty's Daycare is well staffed, maintained and cared for. Staff mememem are well intuned with the children they have in their classroom. Programs are well thought out and planned according to the age of the child. I have more crafts and projects completed in 4 months for my daughter than I have in 2 years. Moving her to Scotty's was one of the best decisions I've ever made for my daughter.

Scotty's Kiddy Korner is a nice place to send your children, if you are looking for average care. They maintain a very clean and safe environment, however the policies and schedules are very strict, and do not allow for much freedom or creativity for the children to express. The approach from the directors and teachers is very quantitative regarding the care of the children, meaning that they are very concerned with simply getting more work done, while putting little attention on the quality of the care given to each child. To ensure that your children grow up to be the best people they can be, I recommend staying at home with them, or hiring a babysitter or nanny, or if possible find a daycare center with a more relaxed atmosphere, rather than bringing them to Scotty's. Children need attentive and qualitative care, which most effectively comes from one-on-one learning and play experiences with an adult. This type of care is simply not possibly at Scotty's due to the rigorously high expectations that are placed on the staff members to:
1) change diapers faster instead of more thoroughly,
2) wash the dishes quickly instead of actually cleaning them well,
3) get the children to listen to you by yelling over them instead of compassionately interacting with each child,...
I could go on and on. My point remains; at Scotty's, quantity is clearly more important than quality, which should not be the case in any child care facility.
Also, if you send your children to Scotty's, there is no guarantee that they will be given the necessary opportunities to learn discipline and respect. New staff members come and go through such a large "revolving door" that the children often times don't have a chance to get to know a particular teacher well enough to recognize and submit to their authority, before said teacher has been hastily replaced. This is because the directors constantly introduce new "team" members, then fail to give them the time needed to establish enough of a relationship with the children to do the job well, before firing them because they "didn't do the job well." It takes time and patience for a child to learn to respect someone new. And at Scotty's there is almost always one or more new person. Therefore, there will always be at least one staff member that any given child won't have respect for and won't listen to. Consequently, the children are unintentionally being taught that they don't have to respect and listen to any given adult. Your child may come home thinking that he or she can get away with not respecting or listening to you. If that's how you want your children to be taught and brought up, then enroll today!

My son has been at Scotty's Kiddie Korner since he was 1 and now he's in the latch key program for school age kids. I've always felt very safe dropping him off at Scotty's. I knew his needs would be met but more importantly I knew the teachers really cared about him. They have seen him through many transitions. They always offer a hug, wipe a tear or give him the appropriate discipline he needs to help him grow. I know they really care about my child and that kind of peace of mind is priceless.
