The gym is a great space with good solid programs. One of the few gyms in greater Danbury with a boxing ring!
Try our LEGION program. Similar to CrossFit but much safer!

Fitness for any age and any level. A group of commited professionals are available to help with a program that suits you. I like that it is locally owned and managed. The owner is always present and continuously strives to offer new programs for the members. Comfortable, diverse, no judgement facility

I am so proud to be apart of SET Gym.The trainers really care about you and your goals and you never feel like it's all about the money. The Gym offers a lot of classes and they are very flexible which is pretty nice plus you get your money's worth. I admire that the gym is always clean and the owners are very professional! Especially with the pandemic you never feel at risk because they are on top of it.Oh and how can I forget it's black owned! It feels great to be apart of an amazing gym with amazing people! If you live in Danbury this is the place to be !! Thank You Mike and Cheynetta!!

SET Gym has been a great place to work out! A well sized gym with a good classic, no-frills vibe. All the trainers I’ve worked with over here have been phenomenal 👍!
