This farm is amazing!! The instructor Jenna is so awesome! I had my 7 year olds birthday party there and it was amazing. Not only was it covid friendly but the environment was so welcoming. I took 5 kids to the barn and not only was Jenna super compassionate with them her animals were as well. The kids especially enjoyed learning the names of the pony and getting to walk them around,brush their hair and pet them. When it was time to get on the horse each kid felt super comfortable with Jenna. My niece who is nervous around horses now feels better around them and is excited to do it again. I would highly recommend this farm! It is super kid friendly! She even dressed her horse in pink and the girls got a kick out of that too! Overall this is an amazing and professional place!

We had a such a great experience at Seven J’s Farm! My girls loved walking, petting and combing real ponies. My girls were a bit nervous but once we arrived they were at ease and given clear instruction on how to interact with the animals. They had such a wonderful time riding a horse and I knew they were safe in Jenna’s hands. We will definitely be returning for some more fun with horses.

I wish I could give the farm and the staff a 100 star review. My daughter is a entry level rider and started riding here at seven J’s a few months ago. Jenna is great with my daughter who is 8 years old and has a huge amount of knowledge to teach! My daughter has weekly lessons and also attended the spring break camp. During the spring break camp they turned the horses into unicorns as well as many great events and my daughter didn’t want the week to end! This place is amazing in every way. Thank you so much!

My daughters have been taking horseback riding lessons with Jenna for the past year. Jenna is an amazing instructor, especially with young kids! They’ve both learned to trot and canter in that time, and they truly love any time that they spend at Seven J’s Farm! Attending summer camps and celebrating their birthdays there have been highlights of our summer!

This farm is definitely the best looking barn in the area. I haven’t seen many farms that have so much grass turn out for the horses. All off the horses are so happy! Jenna has done a great job turning the barn around. I give her a ton of credit, she works from dusk to dawn doing everything her self! Truly a great work ethic! She is a member of the Seven J’s family and she is really proud of how happy and healthy her horses are now. A year ago the horses would be treated like nags. The students have come such a long way and have so much more confidence and actually love coming to their lessons! Keep it up!

This place is great. I have been riding here for a couple of months and I love it. I have had a great experience here and was quickly welcomed in with open arms. Seven j’s is the best barn in Connecticut and has the nicest people and horses. I come at least two or three times a week and those days are my happiest. I will come here for as long as I can and will learn and have fun each time I come. Jenna is a very talented and kind instructor and works very hard each day. I wouldn’t be were I am now if I hadn’t come to Seven j’s if you are looking for a barn to ride at you should come here. Not only do you get to ride you get to bond with the horses and help out. You’ll have tasks to do and will enjoy each and everyone of them. I hope you come here if you see this review, because it is an amazing barn and you will become the rider you want to be.

Excellent place for summer camps and regular lessons. My daughter loves the lessons and camp weeks- the expectations are high, but because of this, she is learning to be confident in the saddle as well as properly care for the horses. It's one of her happy places, for sure.
