My experience with Solutions Staffing is by far the best temp agency for me in Columbus simply because of Jessica. Just ask for her. She is the best. I have never ever put trust in a Google review ever! Trust me this is the one you can do that with. This woman is very good at what she does, however you have to be polite and patient. She is extremely busy, however she will always make time for you as a customer seeking work. She is very relatable to her peers and can actually relate to the path you are overcoming during your job search. Listen man, go in there sit down and be polite! Tell that woman what it is you want and she will get it done as long as you are very detailed in what it is you want and that you value time management and her willingness to help you. As long as you check all of those boxes I can guarantee you that she will find you a job. Again. Do NOT waste time, be nice, be patient and Jessica will be more than happy to help you she is SO cool too. God bless and good luck on your job search.

Called 3/03 around 1130am. Spoke with Jessica.I inquired about a forklift positiion with Jessica. I was in a desperate situation and needed a job badly. Jessica invited me to the office that same day only a few hours later.
Unfortunately I was unable to make it that day and scheduled for 10am 3/04. My experience with Jessica and the team at that office is beyond words. She was very professional, courteous and attentive! I was in a stressful situation and she set me for s life changing opportunity!!! Thanks to Jessica's unparalleled efforts my family and I are at ease today! This is real life .

Don’t go here to look for help with a job EVER! As soon as i walked in the door two months ago i was racially profiled. The lady was rude from the time i came in she acted as if i was illiterate when filling out the application on the computer. She drug tested me twice and when given the list of my medications that could have thrown off the test she told me she would reach out to corporate and get back with me. She never has and I never received help with finding a job. I strongly felt like she thought i was there desperately needing a job but little did she know i am a full time college student that was at my pervious job for eight years and the ONLY reason i left was due to me moving back to Ohio. My lawyer will be in touch.

Having been on both ends of dealing with this company, I can say that they genuinely do care. They want their workers to care, and want the employers to be kind and understanding. They are great for job placement, and very good for sending workers.
