We highly recommend Rachel Harville from Southern Nannies. We were new to Birmingham and she coordinated the entire process in a professional manner - all while we lived states away. She took the busy work out the process and screened and interviewed candidates. She carried a huge burden for us. We performed phone interviews long distance, interviewed our nanny the first week we arrived in town, and our nanny started when we began working. Rachel was incredibly thorough and we don't know how we would make it without our nanny. Another aspect of this process that we didn't know until after the hire was how respectful Rachel was to our nanny. Our nanny refers her friends to Rachel because Rachel was such a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.
