I ordered 50 pounds of ground beef and it was ready so quickly! Good, personal customer service. Checkout their local food offerings and don’t be afraid to ask questions. They were very friendly! We will definitely be back.

Bought fresh ground sirloin burgers for dinner. Jacob Sparks took excellent care of me. Great selection of meats, Unique Jerkey, and specialty Sauces. Prices are reasonable too!

What a disappointment! Looking forward to getting some fresh steaks but what I saw and got, did not impress me at all. Went around 2:15 on a Saturday, and not busy at all. Guy behind cohnter said they had already pulled the fresh meat cause they were closing at 3pm but he could get us something from the back. Asked for 2 t-bone steaks. He came out with the steaks in a back and the lady rang up the sale. I should have looked. The steaks were not fresh and definitely not cut to order! Way too thin! I had to go to another butcher shop and get better steaks. Pictures below of what I got so you all see why I'm disappointed. The one picture compares the steak I got from the 2nd butcher shop to what I got from Sparks. Will not be returning!

Jake gave me two free samples of seasoning along with my purchase of his “to die for” steaks. I would 100% recommend trying out these flavors of seasoning to help spice up your chicken! Can’t get any better there at Sparks Meats! Great guy and great shop.

Stopped in and bought some pork loin. They tasted great and were very tender. I'm definitely going back. The place was very clean and didn't have a strong odor of meats like some places do. The two men working there were super friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend!

A friend of mine purchased multiple bags of chicken wings, when opened they had a strong sulfur/rotten egg smell. Sparks said that’s normal.. red flag #1.

I purchased a few lbs of ground sirloin, vacuum sealed as soon as I returned home and froze. Thawed meat out (zero freezer burn) in cold water, placed in refrigerator overnight, and meat already had mold growing.

Will not be purchasing anymore meat from this store.

Love this place, it is your classic home town butcher shop. I have never had a bad experience and the meat selection has always been great. The steak is great but don't forget to try the bacon, chicken wings and ground beef! Super friendly, keep up the great work!

I have been getting my meat from Sparks since they opened up. Some of the items I have got are New York Strips, Sirloin Steaks, Sparks Burgers, Burgers, Bacon, and Wings. All have been excellent and the service has been excellent. Will for sure keep going back. I recently have tried the chicken salad yummy.
