I have worked with Jamie on various products and projects for our company for close to 4 years now, and the customer service is on point. Every detail is worked out to be the best it can be, and our products have turned out great. He's also very realistic. If we're asking for a product that he knows he doesn't have access to, or just can't be competitive on, he tells us that. The integrity is great.
