My daughter needed help with maths when she went into year 11, so my sister recommended Sandra who had tutored both my nieces. I couldn't have been happier, my daughter had so much more confidence and passed her maths GCSE with the grade that she wanted and she couldn't have done that without Sandra. I would definitely recommend Sandra, she was an excellent tutor and made my daughter actually enjoy maths. I will be calling on Sandra's tutoring services again next year when my other daughter goes into Year 11.

We strongly recommend St Albans Maths Tutors! Jae worked with our son to support his aim to improve his GCSE grade after a challenging experience in Year 10. With a structured approach and a great understanding of our son’s needs and how to make him tick we saw a big improvement in his confidence and attitude to the subject. In the end he exceeded his required grade enabling him to choose his preferred A Level subjects and giving him an enormous boost as he prepares to enter the sixth form.

I started my maths journey with Sandra as an adult after failing Maths when at school and feeling very uncertain about my maths capabilities.

Sandra was very patient and made everything seem so simple. She started with the basics and made a really strong foundation to build onto the more complex and abstract maths.

Going into the exam I felt very confident and actually finished the non calculator exam in 30 minutes ( I should have listened to Sandra and took the advance paper) and achieved a top grade 5!

Thanks to Sandra helping me to achieve a maths GCSE not only will I be starting a nursing degree in a few weeks time but I have also found a love for maths which has inspired my teenage daughter, who I also hope will be a student of Sandra.
