Quick visit for a folder. Greeted at the door by friendly employees. Found what I needed, looked around a bit, checked out quickly. They do have decent prices on laptops. Might go back for one.

I had a good experience shopping for a thumb drive at Staples. The one I came for wasn't available but the store manager found an alternative for me. Prices tend to be high at Staples, but they honor prices on the same item from competitors.

I went today to pick up a few things and was pleasantly helped by Evelyn! She was very polite and assisted me in setting up the rewards app which ended up saving me some money. Couldn’t recommend enough!

As others have stated - terrible experience with the print center. Stood around for 15 minutes waiting to be assisted. When they finally acknowledged me they attempted to point me towards the self print copier. When I asked about paper choices and that I wanted something on cardstock, I was told that the only associate certified to work the print center was "complaining about his hours and we close at 6" (it was 5:15pm at the time). She went on to say "this store is in disarray" and I couldn't agree more. Won't be going back.

I was there recently and had forgotten how many services and products they offer. Of course standard office supplies but they have print/copy services, custom ink stamps made to order, document shredding, school supplies, gift items, smart phone accessories, calendars, briefcases. Their break room supply department is a great place to get Halloween candy. Restrooms are large, clean and wheelchair accessible.

Staples in Pelham has a stellar team with exceptional customer service. As an avid shopper of this location since I was in elementary school, I can honestly say that Staples in Pelham never disappoints and always provides a high level of service from walking in to checking out. My family and I have trusted them with our business for many, many years…from buying school supplies to printing wedding invitations, and everything in between. Their inventory is always stocked neatly and there is consistently a member of their team nearby to provide assistance if needed.

Their copy and print center is incredible - take a look below at this beautiful baby shower welcome sign that I had made for a friend’s shower in April…the quality was terrific! However, the intentional and superb customer service provided by a hardworking manager at the store, Jalisa, was what was truly FANTASTIC. Jalisa went above and beyond to take my order, confirm my order, and went well out of her way to ensure the sign I ordered was of high quality, completed on time and correctly. I was amazed at her willingness to do anything needed to be certain I had what I needed for the baby shower I was hosting for a dear friend. I was so grateful at her efforts and the welcome sign was a “hit” at the baby shower…thank you, Jalisa!!!

Overall, I would give Staples in Pelham a 10/5 instead a 5/5 if I could. I encourage all shoppers in the area - friends, colleagues, etc. to visit this store, as I highly recommend them!

Store printers failed, both of them. Finally, rebooted one, got my order finished. Floor personnel were at a loss on getting them running again other than rebooting.
