Outstanding Boiler Training by Steamworks!

I recently attended the boiler training class offered by Steamworks, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable, combining real-world experience with clear, practical explanations. They broke down complex boiler systems into easy-to-understand concepts, making the material accessible for both beginners and seasoned professionals.

The hands-on training was particularly valuable, allowing us to apply what we learned in a real-world setting. Safety procedures, troubleshooting techniques, and efficiency optimization were all covered in detail. The class was well-structured, engaging, and packed with useful information.

I took his classes in February 2023. I knew nothing at the time, not a thing. It wasn't easy for me, but I'm a great data point when trying to figure out if these classes work for people. From me not knowing what a butterfly valve was to getting my High Pressure license to finally getting my SSE license with a 90% next, none of it would have been possible for _me_ without Jon's classes.

With his classes I was able to get better work and now that I'm at the job I always wanted I've managed to talk my new powers that be into sending hopefully half a dozen others to his classes. That's how much I believe in the education he provides.

If you're on the fence about this, climb off and sign up for classes, it's money well invested.

Dean and Steamworks have trained myself and many of the operators here at my work. His class was extremely informative and laid out the material in a way that was very easy to understand and retain. This class was excellent as a training course to help me in daily tasks in my job, as well as in preparation for the state licensing stationary steam engineer exam. Steamworks has has done a great job structuring the learning materials, and compiling many real world examples. Dean Wilson is an excellent teacher and a renowned industry expert. His teaching was very relevant and practical, and he does a great job creating a learning environment in which students at all levels can learn and grow. Would strongly recommend this course.

Obtaining the knowledge to pass the stationary steam engineering licensure test is a very dry and detailed task. Dean makes that task easier. His passion and wealth of knowledge makes all the difference when trying to learn. I’m convinced without taking his course I would not have passed the state exam. I would recommend him to everyone. You’ll be glad I did.

Was a great class. Made sure everyone in class understands what he is teaching before moving to the next section. Was very informative. Can’t know what’s wrong if you don’t know whats right. Famous saying from are class. Would recommend this class for anyone wanting to get a boiler license.
