I'm a firm believer in finding the good in people and also in businesses. I also don't like to write negative reviews, only positive ones. But this time I feel I need to warn people of what they will almost certainly experience to just stay away. While I enjoyed going here as a bare bones gym during lunch breaks - because at the end of the day, it doesn't matter how nice weights are, as long as they're heavy, you can lift them - but, unfortunately, the owner of this gym does not understand how to interact with people kindly and with respect, who are doing him the honor of paying him for a membership to a place most would classify as a total dump, in a city with many amazing gym options. Not always, but just about every single time I interacted with him, he had to "talk with you about something," which meant an extremely nit-picky diatribe about something not at all worth mentioning that I was apparently doing wrong. One time I didn't shut a door to his liking. Another time, in a hurry, I wore jeans for a brief workout, and so that was a sin, even though 99.99% of the time I always wear gym clothes. Another time he accused me of pooping all over a toilet seat, said that he watched camera footage, and so it had to be me "or the other guy." So, he's basically a Saturday Night Live character, maybe The Gym Downer? The Fussy Gym Owner? All this to say, I had enough and told him he was being nit-picky, which was met with him telling me to never come back. Don't waste your time. It's a lesson in: You get what you pay for.

The owner of this gym is very aggressive like a previous review said. I have been working out here with a trainer for the past two months. He has always been rude and dismissive, especially to women. Today he has been doing renovation by himself and the gym is a holy mess, completely disrupting the workouts of people but everyone was working around it. Today after my workout I went to the restroom- which had no sign that said "do not use." I use the restroom, flush the toilet, wash my hands. Then hear aggressive banging and yelling at the door. I open it. There is the owner (names Dimitri) standing less than two feet from me yelling at me, gesturing at water- coming from the washing machine- not the restroom, yelling at me that "he told me not to use it." Which he did not. I am still shaking from my encounter with him. Ladies stay away. This gym is garbage, the equipment is old and this man will harass you and make you feel unsafe.

The state of the gym aside, they seem to have trouble canceling a membership. The first time I was charged after canceling I assumed I screwed up the paperwork and spoke directly to the owner to make sure this time it was done correctly. And yet, three months later I was charged again for a "membership that has been canceled." My concern is that this is happening to other clients and they miss the charges.

Owner of the place is very aggressive, he push me out of the gym (Physically) Because he thought I was looking over his girlfriend.
The gym is always empty and now it’s make sense why.

If you want to lift weights and get in shape without the fluff this is the place for serious training I've been coming here for 20 years no bullshit gym equipment always works people are friendly but don't bother them while there training this gym has everything you need to build strength and endurance

I've never been here, but the website is horrible and try as I may, I can't get a hold of anybody when I call. How can they expect my business if I can't contact them with my questions?
