I had an incredible experience at Studio One Eleven! I took a reformer class with Lysa, and it was absolutely fantastic. Lysa is an amazing instructor—her guidance was clear, and she made the class both challenging and enjoyable. The studio itself is spotless, with well-maintained equipment, which made me feel comfortable throughout the session.

I also treated myself to a facial with Lyzette, and it was pure bliss. Lyzette's expertise and attention to detail left my skin feeling rejuvenated and glowing. The entire staff at Studio One Eleven was professional, welcoming, and kind, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I can't wait to return for more classes and treatments! Highly recommend!

I recently moved to the Tucson area, and was looking for a studio where I could build on my beginning love of Pilates. I’m SO glad I found Studio 111! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and the studio is a super clean and very down to earth environment. I take classes 3x per week with Carla and Kristin, and they are amazing instructors. I’ve never felt so strong in my body, and I’m always excited to get back to the studio after my off days. 10 out of 10, would recommend!!

Kristin provides a very nice combination of stretching and core work. Her experience as a professional trainer helps you get a balance for your workout. She has a great attitude and is fun to work with! She is able to modify a workout to work on specific issues or to change the intensity. I highly recommend her!

I went through the Studio One Eleven Pilates Instructor Academy in 2022 and it was a very positive experience. Lysa was great and offered tons of support and mentoring along the way. I have also been able to teach at the studio since the academy and love the atmosphere. Everyone there is happy to help, positive and encouraging! If you are looking to start your Pilates practice, become an instructor or just want to try something new, this studio is for you!

All the instruction from Kristin & Shadif was positive, clear & encouraging. They were warm & personable.
I think my core was strengthened. I attended almost 2x/wk for 6-7 wks in beginners reformer. Kristin & Shadif answered all my questions w/patience ?& corrected my form w/ cheer. I felt welcomed as a beginner & observed this in other client/instructor interactions.
The studio is bright, clean & conveniently located.
Their method of payment & sign up, missed lessons was easy.
