As a tutor, I was able to set my own hours and desired number of students. The CEO, Corrine, cares very deeply for her employees and is always looking for ways to improve. She goes above and beyond to connect her tutors and their students with the resources they need to succeed.

I highly recommend Subject Savers. They have been amazing for my daughter. She went from a D to a B in PreCalculus and currently has an A. They worked quickly to get my daughter a tutor and made sure the tutor was a good fit for her. They have worked around extra circular activities that pop up and allowed my daughter to switch days if she had an exam coming up. My daughter says the tutor is really good at helping her think through the problems by asking questions. This has helped her retain the information a lot better.

I have been tutoring for Subject Saviors for the past 3 months and am loving it. While I am getting paid less than I would if I was tutoring on my own, they take care of finding clients and all of the administrative stuff that I would have had to do. I think it was the perfect first tutoring gig since they train and support their tutors throughout the process. For example, there have been a few occasions where I didn't know how to teach a particularly sticky subject and Corinne was happy to meet with me to talk through the best way to teach it. SS also offers chances to create a community among the tutors even in the midst of a pandemic, like monthly uber eats lunches. Overall I am super impressed and would recommend them as an employer to any student looking to start tutoring.

Luckily we found Corrine's service. I really like the fact that her tutors are still students. That tutor was fantastic and my senior aced calc with over 100 GPA.

When that engagement ended my freshmen daughter started geometry. She has always struggled with math, so I was hoping to get the same tutor assigned to my older daughter.

Unfortunately that tutor was no longer available. Fortunately Netta was! My 9th grader got an A in geometry for the first grading period, and barely missed a A in the second. She has really connected with Netta and looks forward to each session. Corrine has consistantly provided quality tutors that know how to teach in a way that works!
