Love this location!! Price are, on average, fairly reasonable. I was out shopping a couple weeks ago and saw a rocking chair but decided not to purchase it. I couldn’t stop thinking about the chair when I got home a couple hours later, so I called the store. A gentleman was kind enough to hold it for me while I drove back to get it. Excellent customer service! Much appreciated!!And I’ve found so many cool treasures that you wouldn’t find in most retail stores.

I returned some cloths that did not fit. They gave me a credit to use. I went there today and donated $500.00 worth of house goods and then went inside to shop and the credit card they gave me did not work. I was told there was a zero balance. So they forgot to put the money on the card. I’m without 32.00 credit and my donation. I will not donate to goodwill anymore nor shop there.

No longer carries DVDs, CDs, software, video games, etc. except only a very, VERY few. Used to have hundreds of DVDs and CDs at all times. It's a store manager decision to not offer the majority of the disc media donated to this store (most other PHX GWs are well-stocked, like this one used to be). Maybe now we have to go to the clearance center to find the Sundome donations? Or maybe they're doing something else with it, but for certain it is NOT making it onto the shelves at this location.

This was my first visit to this store and I only stopped because I happened to pass by. I am so glad I did! This Goodwill store had an excellent selection of treasures including signed Native American art. Lots of retro decorating items. Good quality kitchenware (pots and pans are in nearly new condition), wonderful framed art, good brand name clothing (some new with tags) and a lot of golf shoes. This store is very clean and smelled good. The restrooms were meticulously maintained. It is apparent that the employees and the managers care about their workplace. New items were being stocked constantly while I was there.

But most important are the people who work there! There were a lot of employees on the floor and they all worked together. They bantered with each other and engaged with the customers. They seem to really enjoy their jobs and working with people!

Special thanks to Sam who took care of my returned items (purchased from another Goodwill store) with no questions asked. I also want to thank Alexis for answering many questions, retagged one of my items so there would be no problem returning it if need be, and allowing me to open a package of small items to ensure that nothing was broken before I paid. Maddie, the checker, was personable and smiled a lot. She individually wrapped each one of my breakables.

This is an awesome Goodwill and I hope to return there soon!

Let me just start out by saying Daniel in receiving is a rockstar! I have never come across a great Goodwill employee until now. He never complains and just gets the job done. Extremely friendly and outgoing. This man needs a promotion! Thanks, Daniel! Keep up the great work! Show your other peers how it’s done!
